Excellent hotel for location, for city centre or a short drive into mumbles. Second visit and again faultless. Would recommend having breakfast as this was excellent value for money and great selection of food. Everything is on your door step from pubs/bars, bowling alleys, cinema's and a great leisure centre!

Excellent value location to explore Oxwich Bay and Rhossili. The hotel receptionists were excellent. They were friendly and knowledgeable about local area. The room was large, comfortable and lived up to our expectations of Premier Inn. The on site restaurant had good choices and great value. We had a great deal for breakfast and evening meal. Although there were other pubs/ restaurants close by we decided to stay at the hotel for evening meal as we had a long day exploring The Gower coast. The price of the room was great.

It'll be a sailor's life for you at the Premier Inn Hotel Swansea Waterfront. Slap bang on the marina with views of the sea and surrounding hills, you'll find a shipshape spot for a relaxing stay. Stroll along the seafront at Mumbles. Enjoy the spectacular scenery of the Gower Peninsula. Splash down at Wales' largest indoor water park. Or make the most of your shore leave in Swansea city centre. And when it's time to drift off, return to your spacious room and extra-comfy bed.
We stayed for two nights and the only time room service came was when we was leaving. We never had a change of towels, bins not emptied, no restock of tea, sugar etc and the room wasn’t cleaned, we never received room service during our stay. The room on arrival didn’t smell nice at all, we had to air out the room while we was out by leaving the window open. When you open the curtains your greeted by scaffolding and the pancakes are meant to be American style pancakes but there the same as buying a pack of pancakes from Tesco. Also the quests above us were very noisy, children running around, banging in the AM. My brother stayed at the city centre branch which was a lot nicer and cheaper. I will not be staying at the sea front one again, I will either stay at the city centre one or a complete different hotel all together.

Set in the heart of the world-famous tourism destination of Mumbles, the eighteen bed-roomed Norton House Hotel and Restaurant is a perfect blend of up-market urban chic and gracious Georgian elegance. The beautifully preserved country house is in private grounds framed by mature trees, manicured lawns and flower beds and is just minutes away from the smart shops and boutiques of the picturesque seaside village of Mumbles. The Georgian credentials of this graceful period building offer the gift of perfectly proportioned rooms, lofty ceilings and a feeling of airy spaciousness, quite the ideal ambiance for fine dining and for lively celebrations of all kinds: weddings, parties, and functions.
I stayed a night for a work trip. Firstly there was a wedding going on when I arrived which was fine but no one was on the desk to check me in so I waited for a good 20 minutes. Annoyingly staff could see me me waiting but didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. No apologies- restaurant and bar closed tonight due to wedding. The staff were busy which is understandable but so totally disinterested in my stay that it bordered on rude. I think the least a hotel can do is advise guests in advance if the restaurant and bar are going to be closed. My room opened out onto the car park and smoking area which was noisy. All in all not the most pleasant stay. Will be looking elsewhere for my next stay here

Morgans Hotel is located in the heart of the maritime quarter, within walking distance to the city centre of Swansea. The Main Hotel has 20 rooms of accommodation, a bar lounge, restaurant and conference facilities. The Townhouse, situated across a small side road from the main hotel, has an additional 22 bedrooms. Please note that we are unable offer room service in the Townhouse. The restaurant is open seven days a week to residents and we serve bar meals in our bar lounge daily. The restaurant is open to the public from Wednesday evening through to Sunday lunch. The hotel is non-smoking and we have disabled access and facilities.
This was our 4th stay at Morgans and although we know what to expect, the service and surroundings were as great as always. We had Sunday lunch for the first time... WOW, would highly recommend the Sunday lunch (we had the beef) We love this place and will definitely be returning soon.

After The Pandemic caused us to postpone our wedding twice, we finally got to enjoy our day at the Gower Hotel. Linda and her crew of highly professional staff were amazing from start to finish. The attention to detail was spot on, nothing was too much trouble for them, and I had nothing to worry about but turn up on the pristine white carpet that was laid out to meet my new husband ? The Bridal party stayed the night before and we had an amazing start to the wedding weekend, champagne and, a 3 course menu that was to die for! The food really is incredible here and huge compliments to the chef! Our rooms were immaculate, the bridal suite has a huge bed and was extremely comfy, a good nights sleep was needed and it provided just that! The wedding went without any issues, the flow was perfect, we had opted for a BBQ Buffet for our guests and everyone commented on the variety and how tasty it was. Our evening included loads of dancing, the hotel DJ accepted all our requests, he would literally play anything and that gave the night a personal touch dancing to all the songs we grew up to. Our evening meal for our guests was sensational “build a burger” which was perfect, it included, burgers, hot dogs, fresh salad, wedges and sooo much more! The morning brought us Full Welsh breakfasts, the bacon was something else! The smell of fresh coffee ? My compliments could go on and on, i cannot thank Linda, the Chef, Molly, Sue and all the staff who assisted in the day enough! I will 100% be returning here with my new husband very soon to reminisce about our Perfect wedding xx
