Reviewed By miky_bernathVery relaxed place with facilities you need in this beautiful environment. 10 minutes by foot to train station, tracks for cross country skiing just behind the pension, great walks around. Amazing staff, easygoing and cheerful. Always smiling and ready to help. Value for your money.

Reviewed By RolandNavratilFamily house transferred to pension. Welcoming owner, reactive on reservation, offering pick up at train station in Tatranska Strba. Nice room, clean and warm. We even had welcome drink. All of this 20min from Strbske Pleso for good price. Home made breakfast served by hosts. I will come back. Simple, clean, warm and welcoming.

Reviewed By JDos19Skvělé ubytování za skvělou cenu. Pokoj ve velice dobrém stavu, vše čisté. Společná kuchyň je nadstandardně vybavená. Paní majitelka velice milá a ochotná. Železniční zastávka Štrba-zastávka vzdálena asi 500 m.

Reviewed By sheriff32We stayed three night to this penzion. owners are nice and friendly.Rooms are with tv and balcony. im sure reccomended this penzion to all travellers that want visit tatra. Village is nice and there are even 2 cash machine. Well done to Starosta!( the onlyNegative is channel tv arent clear but im sure they will fix it/.

Slušné bydlení za super cenu
Reviewed By Lucie VNocovali jsme U Bartolomeja s desetihlavou bandou pět nocí. Vybavení je starší a už něco pamatuje, pro ty, kdo chtějí dny trávit venku a na privát se chodí jen vyspat, je to však naprosto dostačující. Prostory byly čisté, ručníky a povlečení také. Velkou výhodou je kuchyň - vařili jsme si společné večeře. Velmi rádi jsme byli za zahrádku s posezením - dá se i grilovat, my spíš hráli hry a užívali si vodní dýmku. Jediné menší mínus vidím v jedné sprše a jednom wc pro 10 lidí. Chvíli nám vždycky trvalo se vystřídat v koupelně :) V každém případě ale privat můžu doporučit, majitelé byli slušní a příjemní a ke Štrvskému Plesu je to, co by kamenem dohodil.

Reviewed By jonathanysayeThis is a familiar business, with good prices and well situated to visit any point in the High Tatras. We were 4 hosts in 2 rooms. We took the breakfast and diner option. Both where good, just note that diner has no options, is composed by soup dish and main dish. The services are covered by the managers (she speaks perfect English)and an employee for front services. They have additional services like electric bikes (important: you need to book them one day before, we didn’t know so we couldn’t enjoy that service) and jacuzzi/sauna for 10€ p/p. The only point I didn’t appreciate was to change my girlfriend parents room last day and no help with carrying the luggage neither a compensation detail for that.

Reviewed By l_opoldg456Those people are disrespectful and craving for money. They unexpectedly asked us unjustified extra charges, pretexting errors in price calibration on the website, and eventually yelled at us because we did not give the cash (only means of payment accepted) to them quick enough. Moreover, the room value for money is poor, and the noise avoidance instructions seem not to apply to the owners. Avoid arguments and disappointment: just go elsewhere.
