Old property with rude staff. Front desk is horrible. They only want your money and don’t care about their guests. Very poor service and poor condition with old furnishings and uncomfortable beds. Will never stay here again.

The free breakfast was way better than expected, and the pool/waterslide was over the top. The hotel room was very clean, and the fact that I got a free breakfast and got to swim 3 times for a nights worth was awesome. Definitely recommend.?

Very noisy, the rooms need to be updated badly, the bathroom smelled like mold … the list goes on. It was possibly the worst bed I’ve ever slept on - or tried to sleep on. I wish Expedia would stop listing places like this. Honestly if it was the last room available I’d sleep in my pickup. Definitely not returning and definitely no recommending The bathtub had an old dirty rubber mat glued to the bottom so a shower was the only option….. don’t waste your hard earned money on this place.

We were extremely pleased to see how clean and well maintained this resort is. Our cabins were so nice, functional and modern. Honestly I expected a less nice cabins since we booked a pet-friendly ones. On the contrary, spotless and elegant! Each cabin was so well maintained and equipped , modern and beautiful. The most amazing touch was getting treats, bowl, and a pillow for our dog. That was priceless. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We most certainly enjoyed our stay, felt so cozy and pampered. We had a wonderful time around a fire pit and walking the trails by river. Our dog had an amazing time and so much fun running around! Loved it loved it! We highly recommend this resort and most certainly give at least 5 stars. I was honestly pleasantly surprised to see a long line up in front of the restaurant. Next time we will make a reservation in advance. We are planning to stay at your place every time we need a time off close to our home. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay ??

I really liked what this place had to offer. Nice room, good air conditioning, balcony with a good view. Shower was great. Beds were great. Hotel was clean. Nice location, walking distance to a grocery store, Tim Hortons, and other shops. The hotel has a liquor store and a Taphouse in it, I went to both and they had a pretty decent selection of everything you'd want. Seems like a great place to stay in Squamish. Felt very Covid-safe as well.

Front desk not staffed, but someone is always around and very responsive via phone or text at a moments notice.
Few years ago this hotel was a dump. New owners renovated all the rooms and wow very impressed. The rooms are expensive but very clean. Sheets - no stains and very white, towels - fluffy and no stains, room very clean. Bathroom small but clean. Room has a stocked fridge with beer, pop, vodka, fireball for a cost. Snacks as well for a cost. Coffee machine but no sugar/creamer. My room had a great view of The Chief.

We got a room with kitchen and it was spacious, with a large patio door looking over beautiful park. The location is amazing in center of down town. The Motor Inn is a family run business that cares very much about there patrons experience and gives them there full attention.
