The Roseate Villa Bath occupies a quiet corner of the city, moment’s walk from the heart of the city of Bath, favoured for its heritage and cultural tourism. The Villa overlooks Henrietta Park, a 7 acre park opened to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria of 1897. The Villa encompasses two converted Victorian houses which have had a characterful legacy. The Roseate offers undivided attention to its guests with everything that the city has to offer whether it is the tour of the Roman Baths and Regency Crescent or the views of Prior Park, Jane Austen Museum and the grandeur of Bath Abbey. A boutique hotel positioned just five minutes away from the heart of the city, The Roseate Villa Bath exudes a feeling of serenity in and around its estate and offers wholehearted assistance to its guests who are either seeking informative excursions around the city or are in the mood for a nonchalant weekend getaway.
I wrote a review of this hotel a few years ago. We loved it then and have returned from time to time, the standard of welcome and service never slips. What spawned this new review, we were fortunate enough to be staying on Jubilee Saturday when the hotel offered a Jubilee afternoon tea. What a wonderful experience. Champagne, delicate sandwiches with thoughtful fillings, homemade scones and jam, Jubilee themed cocktail and all crowned with a selection of hand crafted cakes that would not been amiss in the Savoy. A warm ambience was supplied by a truly excellent baritone singer and pianist with nostalgic songs relevant to the occasion. Caroline, the general manager, and her team put on a thoughtful and memorable occasion with their usual high standards of service. All in all an excellent afternoon and stay.

What can I can about this amazing B&B. I have been a travel agent for 15 years , and now I work in a 5star hotel and I must say this place is something special. I did my normal 4 hour search to find the perfect place for an overnight (50th)getaway and I found it. Jonathan and Karen are the perfect hosts, and check-in was a breeze, they made us feel very special . We stayed in the deluxe King with a balcony. Omg, what a room and the most amazing view. We sat on the balcony sipping bubbles looking at the water.... Bliss. This is a real little find, it's a must. Do yourself a favor and go, we will be going soon for sure. Thank-you for an amazing stay.

Float away in stylish surroundings. Submerge yourself in characterful history. Dive into delicious food and drink. Breathe in fresh sea air. Drink in the view. Nestled on Falmouth harbour, the Greenbank Hotel blends the best of coastal living with the finest in contemporary comfort, so you can experience life - on the water's edge.
Good value. Coffee very good. Room was white painted, i prefer color but ok. River view. Staff are very good. Compared with Merchants Manor Hotel & Spa it's far better. Merchants Manor Hotel & Spa don't even give you a kettle in your room to make tea, and the young manager there is bossy, pushy and unpleasant. Greenbank is a far better experience.

Our location is on The Esplanade so perfect for the sandy beach and the town centre that is behind the hotel. We offer the option of Continental Breakfast between 8am and 10am which includes award-winning breads, fresh juices, pastries baked every morning, yoghurts, cereals, fresh fruit and accompanied with Barista Coffee or Dorset Tea. There are many attractions along the Jurassic Coast easily accessible from Weymouth so The Alexandra is a great place to base yourself. We also have parking permits for Zone F close to the hotel for on-street parking for free. Both the car park and permits are subject to availability. There is a large Council-run car park called The Pavilion that is free between 6pm and 8am and is very close to the Alexandra. We have recently opened Postcards Cafe Bar where you can enjoy your favourite drink or enjoy Barista Coffee with cake and sit out on our sea-facing terrace.
This was our first stay in Weymouth. We could not have picked a better hotel to stay in. The staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble. The room was very clean and comfortable. All in all a very enjoyable stay would be happy to recommend.

Nice clean hotel, helpful & friendly reception. Not noisy, a short walk to town and beach. A shop over the road. On-site parking, costs extra but not too expensive. I stayed with 2 dogs, it suited us perfectly.

Harington's Hotel is ideally located on a quite cobbled street right in the centre of historic Bath. We are only a few hundred yards from the Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa and Bath Abbey. The city's main shopping street (Milsom Street) is only a stone's throw from our front door. Bath's bus & train station is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel offers reserved off-site car parking just a few minutes from the hotel. We offer our guest modern decor and comforts in a historic townhouse setting. All our rooms are recently refurbished and en-suite. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for guests. Our residents bar is open until midnight seven days a week and we also have a lounge menu serving food until 9pm nightly. Finally enjoy our gourmet breakfast each day to prepare yourself for the sights of Bath!
We really enjoyed our stay at Harrington's Hotel, and we can highly recommend it. Our only regret was be unable to stay for more than one day. We loved the location on a small old town street. It was great for walking around the city, and right across from a very nice pub. The rooms are charming and well adapted from the original old buildings. The cooked to order breakfast was delicious. Most of all, the staff was very friendly and amazingly helpful. Our transportation from Bath was in late afternoon and they were very gracious about our hanging around the common rooms after checking out. When we inadvertently left behind a small sentimental object, they located it and posted it to our next destination hotel! We really can't recommend Harrington's enough!

Each room has its own unique identity and feel, with bold décor and signature interiors. Rooms vary from 'Cosy', 'Quirky', 'Family' or the 'Spot the Gannet' rooms with stunning sea views. With unusual prints and cool coastal hues, the rooms are designed to be a home-from-home, where Sleepy Gannets can relax and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep after a busy day exploring Cornwall.
We had the pleasure of five nights at the Gannet Inn for our honeymoon. It is well located in Carbis Bay for trips to the beach, St Ives and other amenities. The welcome we received was very warm. Special thanks to Helen for your recommendations and Ryan at breakfast times. Our room, Kittiwake, was on the top floor and had a lovely sea view. We were able to take advantage of the offer to spend half a day at the nearby Carbis Bay Hotel and Spa, overlooking the beach. I would recommend guests with mobility issues research the transport options as the hill back to the inn from the beach is very steep! Overall we loved our stay and will come back again. Thank you all!

The elegant Imperial Hotel, Barnstaple, North Devon, is part of the prestigious Brend chain of West Country hotels. Overlooking the River Taw at the heart of the market town of Barnstaple, this exceptional four-star hotel combines old-style charm with the highest standards of comfort and service. Whether you're looking for a family holiday or a peaceful break, the Imperial is the place for superb service. The hotel is also a popular venue for conferences, banquets and weddings.
Lovely building and staff. The downside - the room was hot on the first night which made sleeping difficult. On the Sunday evening it appeared the meal had been pre prepared and warmed up, not the same experience as the previous evening. The overall impression was that I was overcharged, a pity.

Excellent hotel in ideal location a couple of minutes from the high street. Parking 2 mins away £15 per day. Staff are exemplary in both the hotel and restaurant. They greet everyone with a smile and are very attentive and always courteous which is of exceptional service levels. Hotel decor is fabulous and room was very quirky with a fabulous bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional. Best we have ever experienced with top quality ingredients. Drinks tables are available outside the hotel. Hotel is spotless and there are hand sanitiser stations. The only fault was the high temperature in our room which could have been because it was on the top floor. The window only opened a little way and the air con wasn’t great and wouldn’t drop below 18. Perhaps provide summer duvets and allow air con to be set lower and then this hotel would be faultless.
