The hotel is new. It is built and furnished in accordance with all the contemporary requirements concerning the hotel business. The hotel is situated in the perfect center of Shumen. Being close to the central town park the hotel combines the silence of the small town street and the comfort of the closeness to all public institutions.

Reviewed By LyubovG10The employees are very kind, polite and considerate. The rooms are clean and cozy. Very nice decoration and reproductions of Gustav Klimt. It is quiet and peaceful place. The breakfast is very tasty. Very good location. I highly recommend Hotel Contessa in Shumen Bulgaria.

Reviewed By Инна ВТихое зеленое место в непосредственной близости от природного парка, Шуменской крепости и памятника основателям болгарского государства. Основные достопримечательности и центр города в 5-10 минутах езды на машине. Прекрасный ресторан при отеле. Очень быстрый wi-fi. В отеле нет лифта, коридор плохо освещен. Завтрак по меню, выбор небольшой, но при желании можно что-то заказать в ресторане за дополнительную плату, цены умеренные, а готовят хорошо.

Reviewed By sebastian pLa situación, prácticamente en el centro de la ciudad. La amabilidad y atención del personal. Nos tenían reservado una plaza para aparcar el coche en la misma puerta del hotel. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Habitación espaciosa y limpia. El desayuno lo contratamos pero había que tomarlo en una cafetería que había en frente del hotel y fue buenísmo y abundante. En general fue una estancia magnífica. Totalmente recomendable, repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Cheap price, near city centre
Reviewed By Piergiorgio PThe good news about this hotel is the cheap price. Otherwise the room was not very clean. Tv was not working. Attached bathroom with hot shower. Parking avaiable on the streets next to the hotel. Restaurant was closed during our staying.

Reviewed By Dino-pravoI just returned from 8 nights at the Art Hotel Nirvana, and it was an amazing experience. It was in a quiet and upscale part of town and I was immediately impressed upon arrival at how clean and well appointed everything was on the outside. We were greeted warmly and got to our rooms without any issues or delays. Our rooms were spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The entire stay was amazing. Zero issues of any kind to mention. Darin, the owner came and greeted us and could not have been more friendly. A special thanks to Petrinka, Genadi, and Ivan for being so welcoming, friendly, and willing to help. I can't wait to go back and stay with them again and enjoy the beautiful town of Shumen.
