Le stanze sono state sapientemente ristrutturate rispettando l' impronta di quelli che erano all' epoca gli alloggi contadini. Al confine con le camere, in quel che era all' origine un essicatoio del tabacco sorge oggi una rilassante zona wellness che è possibile ( a pagamento ) affittare in esclusiva per le ore che si desiderano. Dove vi erano i fienili e i cavalli oggi sorge invece uno dei più famosi ristoranti della zona che propone piatti tipici della cucina veronese (aperto dal venerdì alla domenica). Nei sotterranei della Villa sorge la Cantina dove è possibile trovare i vini a riposo di produzione propria. Oltrepassato invece un ponticello si arriva in un parco di oltre 44000mq (adibito fino ai primi anni del '900 alla coltivazione del tabacco ) dove è possibile trovare un campo da calcetto in manto sintetico.
