The hotel offers to its guests: bed and breakfast (buffet with typical products of Saluzzo), relax and ancient garden. The basic advantage of our Hotel is located in the historical center of Saluzzo and in a quiet and peaceful area. Out of the chaos of the city, is ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet, and then in the morning, a few minutes to enter the attractive vitality of a city like Saluzzo.
Had a wonderful stay here! Great location surrounded by history & ancient walls. The rooms were clean, spacious, quiet, & comfortable. Breakfast was a delicious assortment of pastries, fruit, yogurt, juices, cheeses, meats, bread, & eggs, plus of course a perfect coffee made to order which could all be either eaten inside or in the beautiful garden outside. The staff were all very friendly and multilingual and check-in & out was quick & easy. From a covid standpoint, hand-sanitizer was available in main areas, masks were worn by patrons & staff inside, and the rooms seemed very clean and well ventilated.

Set in the middle of an English-style park between Cuneo and Saluzzo, Castello Rosso, an ancient abode of the aristocracy dating back to the 15th Century, has returned to life, offering moments of peace in harmony with life, in an environment steeped in history. The Castle, which includes a hotel, restaurant, Meeting Center and Beauty Center, is far removed from noise and pollution, and is the ideal place to spend some pleasant days of work and/or vacation. The quality of service and minute attention paid to every detail makes every trip to Castello Rosso rich with style and comfort, with that little extra 'something' which makes a guest feel as if they were in their own home.
Fantastic castle hotel with spacious rooms and panoramic view. Good quality food in the restaurant. Table served, excelent breakfast. Good value for money. Only minusses: interior somewhat outdated, heating not on upon arrival and completely shut off during the night. Not one single international T.V. channel, only Italian. Somewhat remote upon a hill so no possibillities to go anywhere without a car. Beware when you book if there is no wedding party planned because the hotel is a famous for wedding venue.

Hotel GRISELDA, the symbol of hospitality in Saluzzo: the location close to the center of the city and the pedestrian area, just 200 meters from the start of historic center, makes the hotel ideal for a pleasant stay. Hotel GRISELDA and Saluzzo: a winner joint-venture for your comfortable, quiet and safe stay.
We stayed here 3 nights while visiting the surrounding countryside during the day. It was important to have readily available parking for our car when we came in after a hot day of sightseeing. The room was large and clean, the shower had plenty of hot water, the bed was comfortable with firm mattress and soft pillows, sufficient hanging space for our clothes, it was all we needed.

A convent of the XV century restored on this elegant italian charming hotel of 4 stars. The really quite 13 rooms ( 2 singles + 9 doubles + 2 junior suites) to live in the history of the Marquis. The amazing restaurant to tast the local food and wine of Piedmont. The wonderful conference room with a fresco of 1400 to make magical your event. The scenographic and evocative Cloister ideal for meditation. The unique and incomparable hotel in the mediaval side of Saluzzo.
We visited Saluzzo in July for three nights and chose to stay at the San Giovanni Hotel. It’s a beautiful converted monastery that has retained a wonderful peacefulness. We followed the map provided by the hotel and found our way without a problem and parked in the hotel car park. Check in was swift and our room delightful with wonderful views across the rooftops. We had breakfast in the courtyard each morning, breakfast was lovely. Saluzzo has some great restaurants, the one in the hotel was the best, I’ll review that separately but all I would say here is make a reservation for this once you check in to the hotel.

The farm Propano, that was owned by the Marquis of Saluzzo, has been transformed into a country hotel “Antico Podere Propano”. It is a charming hotel situated on the edge of Saluzzo surrounded by meadows, the mountain chain of Monviso and the fertile Po plain. The Hotel, placed in a peaceful country setting with all modern comforts, offers an ideal combination to make your stay both relaxing and enjoyable. All the 30 bedrooms are no smoking with air conditioning, satellite TV and mini bar. WI-FI is available in public areas and in almost all rooms. The elegantly furnished junior suites have been designed to maintain the characteristics, dimensions and features of the original building and a ground floor one has been adapted for the disabled. The suite, which has a beamed ceiling, offers a delightful bedroom, a sitting room with a balcony and spectacular views towards Monviso and Saluzzo. The large bathroom has both a walk in shower and bathtub. All the rooms are large and well appointed, most overlook the courtyard and are situated either in the sunny south wing, where the old hay lofts were or in the west wing which was home to the farm’s granary. The south wing rooms are decorated in a refined country manner and have terra cotta flooring; the west wing rooms have a more contemporary style and pure wool carpeting. All the rooms have large and well equipped bathrooms the majority with bathtub and overhead shower.
We spent 2 nights at Antico Podere Propano. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the farming setting makes the place quiet (except for the remodeling work going on, but that is temporary, maybe). It is about 1 mile from town, so easy to go explore on foot. Breakfast is good, supplied by local farmers for bread, eggs, yogurt, ham and cheese

The Poggio Radicati was by far the best hotel experience in our Italian trip. Located in a beautiful villa, surrounded by a lovely garden overlooking the broad expense of a green valley. Marco, the establishment’s manager/chef/substitute receptionist was extremely kind, pleasant and generous, and always seemed to have time for a chat. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast fantastic, and the outstanding hotel restaurant is one of the best in an area full of excellent restaurants. Highly recommended.

Very nice cozy hotel just in the centre of Saluzzo, it has its own private carpark so you can just walk freely outside. New spacious rooms, extremely gentle staff, very resonable price. I shall return.
