Reviewed By TraceyelleWe had a nice weekend away at Novotel Saint-Quentin en Yvelines. I was the non golfer so visited the spa which was lovely. Unfortunately, you do need to pay to even use the jacuzzi which is disappointing when a hotel guest but clean and modern. We ate lunch at the club house, food and wine were always nice. Staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating. The weather was lovely during our stay but the pool was dirty and had no chairs out to sit at. Versailles is only a 10/15 minute drive away. Uber was easy to get at any times of the day/ night. We are in Versailles every night as had a lot of bars and restaurants to chose from. I visited the palace of Versailles and would recommend buying the passport ticket and getting the palace app. You can then take your own headphones and listen to the full tour on your phone.

very clean, simple and good value for money
Reviewed By kalton99rooms are very clean and spacious especially considering the price, needed more pillows and they were provided free of charge swell as towels etc. there is a small bar and vending machines swell as a microwave so it is restricting if you want to eat in the hotel. the only issues I found was one of the staff I found was quite abrupt and rude towards me, you have to also go through the regular ibis at certain times of the day and the breakfast choice is good but could be improved

The only down side was on the evening dinner as I was really disappointed by the escalope Milanese. really bad, over cooked and tasteless. In general the quality is good and the buffets are very versatile so you can eat well and it is good quality. shame this time it was very low...but don't get me wrong, tis is a great place to stay...i just be careful next time...

Reviewed By JSS_TTSThis is not a fancy place. The rooms are small and the bathrooms need attention. The food in the restaurant is good. The staff at the front desk (afternoon and the guy who works the overnight shift) are great and they are the best feature at this hotel.

Unfriendly stuff, room not heated
Reviewed By MauMakanWill be hard to find a stuff which is more unfriendly. The check-in was unsatisfying because the one didn’t know the password for the system, the one who knows was absent. So we had to wait around 15 minutes for the stuff and then had to queue as we were not the only ones to check-in. The rooms are not heated during the day, so when we entered the temperature inside was 15°C. The bathroom cold as a fridge The next day we were promised that the house keeping will not remove the room card (and let the heater on) but it was just an empty promise. Well, € 135 for a cold small room is highly overpriced. Our first stay here, definitely the last. It’s poor quality but not at least cheap.

Chinage pour la déco, produits locaux dans l’assiette, du simple et du goût. Petit potager et lieu paisible. Et surtout un personnel fort sympathique ! Heureux de bosser dans un concept qui laisse de la place à leur créativité. Chambre confortable.

Bike storage in the -2 garage with plenty of room to put the bike together before the ride and packing afterwards. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with great choices. Above all - the people at this hotel make you feel right at home and are willing to go out of their way to help/assist/encourage you. Great personalities and professionalism.

The breakfast set up was empty by 9:30 and with 30 minutes left there was no scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages or coffee refill. 20 minutes walk minimum from the nearest entertainment spot.

Reviewed By peterduryThe hotel itself is beautiful, and has great facilities. I wasn't very impressed with breakfast, the bacon, sausages and eggs were cold. The staff weren't very attentive in the restaurant and bar in the evenings, and i felt like it was hassle for them get another beer. Overall though, it is a nice place to stay.
