good breakfast, small individual beds, a smoker was surely at the room before us so it smelled. Generally good. What we expected. Very silent place in spite the room was in front of the main road, and silent among rooms and corridors

We are a young couple who spent some wonderful days at the Renaissance Hotel. We like it here so much that we decided to write and share our impressions with you. Perhaps our review will help you with the choice of hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient location, very cozy, beautiful interior, pleasant staff, excellent service. In the evenings we had dinner at the Les Hamptons Grill Restaurant, it was amazing, pleasant service, nice environment, and delicious food. From the bottom of our hearts, we wish everyone to visit the hotel and have diner at the Grill restaurant. These are unforgettable emotions.

AmAzing service great staff really clean abs comfortable. Fatima was especially great and maintaining the room between days we stayed. She was very helpful and showed me how to use nespresso machine. She did amazing job making sure the room was hoovered and clean. Philippe is the best hotel manager you will ever meet. He went above and beyond to help me with emails back forth, parking and even unloaded my car with me and helped my kids into hotel as I drove non stop from london. His English is very good and was able to give me advice on how to get around on metro the following day and brekky service. Edith is also a great manager and gave me directions on how to visit the grand mosque and some good local sightseeing places. She planned my metro routes and gave me directions to the nearest bakery/shop. All the staff are fab and friendly and the hotel is very comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back

This is an expensive hotel for the location, but the service, room and breakfast are good. Only issue is probably the elevators are not really sufficent for this hotel. Every time I wanted to use them it was at least a 5 min wait and they are very small.

The Club, a true place of life, includes a business corner equipped with I-Mac and a printer, a lounge to work with serenity, a library and press available to relax. In this same space, our guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast made up of organic and artisan products and can find fresh drinks, hot drinks and snacks at any time. Each evening our team prepares for our customers an aperitif, and composed of local products and offers them a welcome drink. Served from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, the aperitif is a real moment of conviviality, which gives full meaning to the OKKO HOTELS concept.
Hotel is a scam. Travelled 14 hrs to get to Paris. Released the quality in this property is so poor that when I checked into my room there was a bad smell with mould. The smell was so bad that a neighbour checking out and heading back said the smell was same in his room as well. On fact he described it as something that sticks with you all day and on your clothes. I shared this with the hotel, first they sent an engineer, which he witnessed and told me the same was in other rooms. Then we decided to check out immediately as we did not want to ruin our trip after all the expense and travel. Suddenly the hotel decides to offer an alternative, by then we had decided and it was suprising that this was not checked before we checked in and it is uncommon for a hotel of this standard ( which now crap as per understanding and real time experience) . They take your money and refuse to refund , claiming that they were doing me a favour for giving me a stink of a room. Note the bathroom door was jammed when opening, the floor had stains, including the bed sheets . Lastly there is one nail in the wall with hangers and curtain as a closest. We moved in to central paris hotel atmosphere. 4 star and Latin quarter, same price and yet far better quality , standards and location. I have been following up on my payment refund, the director/ gm is avoiding my call and puts his receptionist to speak to me. I have left several mails and messages via booking.com.

After requesting a room with windows that could be left open at night, the 2 ladies on reception gave me a room on the second floor, which was perfect. Not a large room but adequate, and I slept soundly with cool fresh air rather than A/C. I had meetings starting early at IFP so do not have breakfast. It is short walk along the narrow interesting streets to the main square of Reuil-Malmaison. On checkout I was in a hurry and when I asked where I could purchase a bus ticket, Esdene, the gentleman on reception Kindly gave me a bus ticket; now that is certainly service which should be recognized. Thank you so much. Whenever I come back to Reuil-Malmaison, I will use this hotel. Thank you!

Not so clean. Stuff busy with cell phone and do not care of customers. Internet code not provided in the room. Bad experience for these money. Shower not working properly. Small room and not so comfortable

We came here for the first time and didn't want to miss anything so thought an escorted tour would be the best way. We stayed at this hotel outside Paris but was in a charming village and perfect to walk around in the evening. Lots of individual shops and lots of places to eat with a market on Saturday morning. The hotel is comfy with a more than ample breakfast. It has a bar but no restaurant. But as described earlier there are plenty of options just around the corner ( including Macdonalds if you wish) The concierge is very pleasant and encourages you to speak French but in a nice way and it makes you want to make an effort! So all very good

This hotel pretends at luxury but fails. The setting along the Seine is lovely, and it is probably quite suitable for business travelers. At first glance the accommodations look classy. But for vacation travelers it falls short. You may get a good night’s sleep. The bed was great, but the climate control was not good. The room was too hot in October. Management has not considered the stay from the perspective of the occupant, and the ways in which they are cutting costs are all too obvious. Incredibly, in a “luxury” hotel there was no full length mirror. The only coffee in the room was instant. The mini-fridge, trapped inside an unventilated cubicle in a laminated IKEA -style wardrobe, actually heated our yogurt and cheese rather than keeping them cool. The shower soap bottle did not fit the dispenser so it was awkward. The hotel did not provide shampoo in the room. The complimentary robes were plush, but not the towels. To add to the aggravation, they want an extra 30 Euros to use the swimming pool and tried to charge us 50 Euros for a second key. This kind of luxury we could do without.
