Last minute booking, VERY clean (and I’m fussy with that), the room was lovely, staff exceptional, room service was handy as we had our little one with us if I had to find anything, which is being very picky, the continental breakfast had one big shared bowl of yoghurt and there wasn’t any fruit. Also no parking but there are car parks a few mins walk away that are free from 16:30-8:30am. Overall it’s a lovely place to stay and I would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

The staff was amazing! They went out of their way to help with any of our needs no matter the time and every staff member always had a smile on their face. Very clean and welcoming. We will definitely be staying again.

Room clean, comfortable and stylish. Lovely range of teas coffee bags with bottle of fresh milk in the fridge. Also complementary G&T in the fridge. Breakfast beautiful lots of choice. Fresh juices and fruit, pastries as well. Staff were all amazing!! Thank you for making our stay perfect.. we will definitely be back.

So bad it’s rather funny, the steak and blue cheese salad was inedible, the kids pizza blander than bland. The wait was very long as well. So disappointed after a day at Paultens as very convenient. nice staff though

Would not stay here again. There was dust on the wardrobe and the windows were dirty. In the kitchen the top of the fridge was dirty also there was bird mess on the windows.'The reason they get away with it is because most people only stay 1 night.
