Reviewed By 717simoncThis is a good place to stay if you have any business with Government as it is well located close to many Govt departments. The rooms are excellent, clean, fresh and modern. The food is good, a vast buffet range for Breakfast lunch or dinner (obviously the food changes). A little pricey but this is a quality hotel.

Reviewed By Andymason1I have stayed almost weekly at the hotel since before Ramadan. The very worst part of the service unfortunately is the service. Checkin - or out is often abrupt and poorly managed. Issues range from wrong been booked and staff not even willing to consider loyalty as a factor to correct the mistake, to asking for a deposit to be paid and the most serious giving me a room that already had a female guest checked in already - to this there was very little explanation. Every room has an issue with water temperature consistency. It is almost impossible to take a comfortable shower due to the sudden changes. My company cover my bills, but to get the service staff to understand this is difficult and sometimes embarrassing. I recommended a business colleague to stay here, we dined in the restaurant downstairs during Ramadan where they made the exit very embarrassing in front of the person with me. Management need to be a lot closer to these things - the Hilton brand is not been represented as it should.

However once I arrived the staff welcome took my doubts away. Very welcoming ? It was my first time to Riyadh and I was stunned for such good welcoming. Great staff in the Front office and in F&B. Magnificent breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Value for money. Few names to mention khalid abdul wahaab kareem fadia Wael abdul rahman Rowel These guys my stay so memorable and easy. Keep up the good work. Few below points to check. It would be great if the pool times were extended because of the day time heat. Music or bar in the rooftop would make it so classy...

Reviewed By AmerKhatibWe will do no justice to this place with just a 5 star rating. It was like a beautiful dream you don’t want to end rather than a hotel stay. This is an adventure into the world of luxury and excellent customer service. You get the first impression that this place is full of VIPs and soon enough you feel that you are one of them. Employees in this place know how to treat you like a special guest and make you enjoy every minute of your stay. What I liked the most is how some employees in the hotel lobby make the effort to come into your way and make an eye contact just to greet you. While working on my lap top I received an email from the housekeeping head asking if everything was to my satisfaction in the room and if I needed anything else. I replied asking for some special toiletries to be delivered to my room at 8:45 the next morning and they sent them at 8:47 with an apology for the delay! The breakfast at Al Orjouan restaurant is something you don’t want to miss. The swimming pool is out of this world and gives an added pleasure of enjoying the surroundings and ambience. Don’t compare the price with other hotels because it will not be a fair comparison. If you enjoy staying at hotels then this is an experience you have to live at least for once.

I have had good experiences here in the past and the staff are generally helpful and willing to provide late check outs etc. It is let down by awful wifi and you need to factor this in before you stay. If you are thinking of running any Zoom meetings like I was, forget it. I had to move out and to a new hotel. If you don't need wifi, it's fine. To the hotel: as other reviewers have said below, please, please, sort your internet out. For a business hotel this should be a basic expectation.

The rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. In terms of facilities the hotel provide clean and nice environment for some activities. Overall Quality/Price ratio is very high.

I enjoyed the room, the environment and the breakfast , the service was amazing , the room is very comfortable and clean, the cleaners do great job on a daily bases. I like listening to the live musical piano, the best was the quality and the varieties of the menu of the breakfast
