We were on a private birdwatching tour so had been booked into this along with our guide. The room was large, clean and quiet but we had to use two separate lifts on different floors to access it! Very odd. Staff on check in rude and when I explained my passport was in my locked suitcase and I would bring it along once we had checked in and unpacked, she was very rude and demanded I give her my passport immediately. She then looked at my friend as he was putting in his pin when giving credit card as a security and was watching him enter his pin! Poor staff training. The food was dreadful.a We ate in the hotel the first night and wished we hadn't. Poor service and the waitress could not have cared less whether we were there or not. Breakfast appalling and even though I had been booked in as a plant based celiac, had not been catered for and when I asked for gluten free ( I speak spanish) the girl asked me to repeat myself twice!! Avoid staying here at all costs. Have to mention we put in some laundry ( having been travelling for a month and desperate for somewhere where we could have clothes washed) and were assured our clothes would be returned to us the following evening. They were not! They arrived fifteen minutes before we had to check out on day two! There were two members of staff, a young man and a woman, both on Reception, who were delightful and tried to help us with a lot. The rest need updated staff training.

We had a great stay. It was our first time in Tierra de Fuego , Traveling from the US. It was hard to find a place that accommodate 5 people but Links made it easy for us. Service is fantastic we arrive very late at night but the people at the lobby made it very easy for us to get access to our apartment. The apartment was warm (I loved the heated floor) clean and very comfortable everything was in perfect working condition. Location is fantastic! A truly great place to stay. We highly recommend Links Apart Hotel.

We paid in full for our room at reservation 2-3 mo. before. After a long day's drive, they had record of the reservation but no rooms available. They did, however, send us to a higher quality hotel and they covered the difference in price.

Simplemente impecable.
