Not only me and my team find multiple roaches in our rooms but also the lobby and restaurant while having dinner on the fourth floor. OUTRAGEOUS FOR A 4-STAR ACCOMMODATION. The WI-FI was not working anywhere in the rooms making it impossible for my team to work and have meetings. I found the entrance of my room flooded many times because of the air conditioning system that needed to be drained. Overall the hotel has a beautiful structure, rooms and balcony for aperitivo upstairs but is lacking in quality and cleanliness. I suggest they have some pest control done ASAP because it is unacceptable in a business hotel such as this one. I also would like to notify that the reception team needs to pay more attention to bookings and rooming lists as they were not organized and caused confusion 3 nights in a row for many guests of my team. Overall do not recommend as we weren't even offered a discount or minibar water bottles after all the issues we notified them about.

Reviewed By Michal9369We ordered 2 rooms ( me and 2 little kids and my parents). They put us in 2 difference buildings.! After i argue with them about 10 min. How they can put one family in the same reservation in two different building they agree finally to mange to fix it. Nest thing is the Mosquitoes in the room. We opened the window and about 30 mosquitos got inside the room. Nobody warned us Not to opened the window!!!!!!!! On my picture is just the mosquitos in the sink! Last thing, the rooms are not very clean. There are signs of palms on the windows and some smell from the bathroom. This hotel is not more 3 stars in a very good day and this my first time i write a review in my life even though i traveled a lot. I am just in SHOCK!!!

You can comfortably freeze in your room at night as well because, you know, redundant heating is harmfully to your health))

B&B la terrazza is located 200 meters from the Rho Railway Station. In a few minutes and in only one stop you can easily reach Rho Fiera by train (only 3 minutes by The Trenord Passante). B&B la terrazza is easily accessible and it is an ideal location both for business travellers and holidaymakers as Milan is within a short distance (only 15 minutes). Our rooms are comfortable, overlooking a beautiful 120m2 terrace, with a cosy and spacious privè for pleasant, relaxing moments. All rooms are furnished with a private bathroom. There is a big free car parking just in front of B&B la terrazza. All rooms are furnished with a coffee machine and with coffee capsules, a kettle and a selection of tea. We do not serve any meals. We are located in the centre of Rho close to the main services (taxi, train, bus, ATMs, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, fitness centre, hair and beauty salons).

Probably the smallest beds in the world
Reviewed By zeuschI shouldn't complain, because a friend booked and paid for this hotel, but I would not choose it myself. Whilst the staff were as helpful as they could be, and the reception area was immaculate, the room was a bit lost in time. Checking into a twin room with my septuagenarian mother, not long before midnight, we were surprised to find out that each bed was smaller than a standard single bed - nowhere near 3' wide! At that time of the evening we just wanted to rest, so no request for a room change was made. We are both relatively trim, but both experienced "roll-fear", ie we didn't dare move in the night in case we fell out of our beds! Also, we found only one towel provided for the two of us. An oversight which was duly reported. Expecting the towel to come in the morning, I was unpleasantly surprised when the helpful staff member knocked on the door after 1am with the missing object! Far too efficient, shame it wasn't considerate. Sadly the air conditioning also had a comedy turn on the first night, starting at sweat-factor 6, then defaulting to Arctic wind around 5am. Luckily the staff seemed to rectify this after reporting it. A nice hotel, with beds made for small children, not adults. However, I would recommend it is only to be used if you really have to be in Rho, Otherwise I recommend spending the extra Euros and stopping in Milan centre.

Located in the historic centre of Rho, Milan. Well connected by public transport to reach FieraMilano/EXPO (4km) and Milan city centre in few minutes. Rooms are light and comfortable with writing desk, wifi internet, TV, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom. Reviewed By saskiadakinPorta Ronca b&b is just far enough outside of central Milan to be away from traffic and tourists but close enough to make the journey to Milan cheap and quick. During our 3 night stay, Stefano was a very accommodating and knowledgable host which added onto how enjoyable our short stay in Italy was.
