Poor basic room services
Reviewed By Entela-travelThe staff is helpful. The hotel room services are average but is missing some basic things such as the hot water in the bathroom. No shower for 2 days of my stay in here for business purpose. We found the rooms so cold upon arrival and it took the whole day to heat up to a proper temperature. Seems like the hotel is not prepared for a cold season as there are not enough blankets in our rooms. I really wonder how can we pretend that the Albanian hospitality sector is ready for tourism business ?!?!

Reviewed By RoseVictoriabcThis owner/operator hotel is in a great location on the Albanian Riveria. The owners are a lovely couple who provide excellent customer service! They help everyone feel so welcome. I even received flowers on my birthday during my brief stay! Our room facing the sea was spacious, spotless, well appointed, airy, and had a huge deck that enjoyed morning shade, and was the perfect spot for a private, relaxing coffee. The breakfast had a wonderful selection of hot and cold items, local honey and jams, fresh fruit and plenty of tasty coffee. Their beach across the street has plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas, and the sea water is clean and gorgeous. If you prefer a pool, they have a large clean pool, with a view of the sea, and plenty of lounge chairs. They support Albanian artists so there was beautiful artwork everywhere including the rooms. Highly recommend!!

Reviewed By RoyalindaThe hotel as well as the restaurant offers everything you could wish for. Fantastically clean rooms with a beautiful view of the sea. The food is excellent. Homemade crepes for breakfast and fresh fish for dinner. I will certainly visit the Ramosaco again.

Reviewed By Beata PI can for sure recommend this place. staff was excellent, very helpfull. Food was very tasty! View from the room was georgeus. Very clean room. Swimmingpoll was great, clean warm water, great for kids. It’s one of the best hotel I’ve been!

Reviewed By 769iglitI was there in july. Beautiful place with an amazing view. Parking opportunity and free wi-fi. The bar and restourant was also very nice. The service was very good and polite. The food was also good but they can improve the seafood.

E un bellissimo posto con vista mare spettacolare per non parlare poi di Bruna che ti fa sentire come a casa. Ottima cuoca, amichevole e ovviamente i prezzi convenienti.

Dirty and poor quality
Reviewed By Maria RWe had a room with a nice view on the sea - and that was the only positive thing I can write about this hotel. The room was dirty - especially the batroom. Toilet smelled like sewage. The tv was broken, wifi very poor. There also were problems with electricity - there were blackouts. We didn't like the breakfast either. For 50 Euros pee night that is too bad standard.
