In Hindu language, Sam means doer of good deeds while Kara refers to inner harmony. This is what Samkara Restaurant and Garden Resort is all about - all of nature's goodness in harmony with you. Inspired by the beauty and the calmness of its surroundings, Samkara aims to provide guests a place where they can truly relax, meditate and just appreciate nature and countryside living in its most basic.
My family and friends stayed here to see the pahiyas festival. The resort was amazing, room very clean, it has two pools. The only downside about this resort is the customer service. The staff are not trained well enough for good customer service, interaction is very poor. Some are not friendly. Also the lack of food and beer. My English husband and his friend ordered American breakfast and we will expect it comes with bread but they served the corned beef with fried rice. One night they ordered beer but the staff said there’s nothing left. They were aware beforehand that they will be having a few guests surely they should’ve had stocked some extra food and drinks. The room didn’t have hair dryer which you think having a pool at the resort they would have provided this. Overall I would not recommend this to my family and friends.

Good for Nature Lover, the resort has lots of trees, very nice landscape, so much activities to do here, so much space unlike other resorts that’s so crowded that every available space they put or built something there.. but here, very serene, so much space, your lungs can fully breath. My kids enjoyed so much, as well as the seniors, Staffs are attentive and nice. Location is perfect, just across Kamay ni Hesus Church.

It's not cheap by provincial standards. I'd say it is mid range. The hotel is relatively new so everything is still clean: Rooms, toilet, towels, bedsheet, pillow case, chairs, tables. Rooms are quite spacious. Large parking area right beside the hotel. You can actually see you car from your hotel window. It's out on the highway so there's no stores selling anything within walking distance of the hotel so buy everything you need when go back at night. This is not a staycation hotel. More of a business hotel to stay over for the night. Hotel cafe food is bad. Just the complimentary breakfast is ok because they do have brewed coffee. So take your lunch and dinner outside before going back to the hotel to sleep. Staff is courteous and friendly.

The first and ONLY “Boutique” accommodation in Tagkawayan, Quezon.
We booked their King Suite and a Quad Room. The place is spacious and clean. Water pressure was strong. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was complimentary and served at your preferred time. Free coffee and water all 24/7. Defnitely great value for your money! Note that they lock the gate at 10pm for safety but you can tell them ahead of time if you plan on coming back at a later time so they can open the gate for you. Will definitely choose this place again if my travels take me here again.

Offer our guests the comfort and convenience of a serviced type accomodation that makes for a memorable stay
NO FRILLS COMFORTABLE HOTEL We had to unexpectedly to stay overnight in Lucena City. We found this hotel to have fair prices for the facilities they offer. It was an easy check in with all the health protocols in place. The room was big - great value. The room we had even had a kitchenette. Fast internet was available albeit it was per device. They are generous though in giving access codes for each device you have. If you need a hotel just to sleep in and maybe do some early morning internet work before you leave the hotel, 2205 is a good hotel. No frills, reasonable rates, and friendly service.

The W O R S T E V E R. This hotel was filthy. The entire place is in disrepair. The walls were filthy, the floors Washington, there was no shower curtain, the water took 15 minutes to get hot and we could not survive more than one night. We were happy to run away from this hotel and find a real hotel up the road. When we asked for our money back they offered us an upgrade. Upgrade from horrible is still horrible… Keep the money, no thanks. Do you have other options in the areas such as hotel Rosita which is clean and roughly the same amount of money. You don’t have to stay in this type of Turkish prison surrounding. The front staff was rude and arrogant and dismissive. I am happy never ever to go back to this hotel. I would suggest to anyone that wants to have a good night rest not to go to this disgusting, horrible place.

Checked in recently here. Rooms were super comfortable and clean. The fo were also very friendly and accommodating all throughout our stay. They have arranged the tours for us which made it less hassle for us! The breakfast was good too. The hotel is walking distance to the food park which is a plus. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting candelaria. Very swak na swak for the price!

The room was too dark for me, quite spacious, not Smart TV. The AC was too weak to cool the room. It has a steep stairs. It has nearby restaurants like Granja, and grocery. We're not going to stay again.
