Beautiful hotel, great view of bridge
Reviewed By Kathy DStayed here for a couple days had a balcony view of the Ambassador Bridge. Beautiful during day and night. Rooms were large and very clean. Temperature of room was good. Went in the hot tub/pool area. Plenty of clean towels. Can't wait to stay here again.

The manager is also very into her guest as she was always right there and not behind a desk like most managers would be but this one actually interacts with the guest and wants to introduce herself to every guest that I there which I find it very amazing she actually cares

Not great for a good overnight rest
Reviewed By rayaI7730QXNot great. The room was clean, beds were fine, as well as breakfast. But... We stayed on main floor, and you could hear every step on the floor above us. The aisle smells like skunk, or pot, towards the parking lot exit. Extreme smell... This is the new smell of smoking. Equally annoying. And not good when you travel with kids, and expecting a more that decent stay at a Hampton inn.

Reviewed By gnarfle23I didn't expect this. Super friendly front desk. Easy off- loading of luggage. Nice room. Possibly the cleanest hotel I have enjoyed in years. Great breakfast buffet. Well stocked and with a nice variety. Good selection of nearby restaurants. Easy off and on to bridge and freeway.

We are conveniently located off of the I94/I69 expressway and our pleased in announce that the construction and lane closures have come to an end. We now have a new exit to our property if you are coming to us east bound. We are now exit 274B and west bound we are the first exit after coming through customs at the Blue Water Bridges from Canada, exit 274. Our property is under new Management. We are the only property in town that has 32" flat screen TV's with several HD channels available, we also have an indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, free high speed internet and we have a complimentary hot breakfast every morning. We are located just one exit from the Blue Water Bridges to Canada. Whether you are planning a trip to our area or just passing through, business or pleasure let us accommodate you and or your family for any length of stay you choose. Remember to stay in Quality. We'll see you there!
HORRRIBLE MANAGEMENT, MOLD, HAIR ON BED, HOT TUBS DONT WORK STEALS MONEY!

MOLD in rooms which I have videos of, hot tub didn't work for crap hairs all over the bed and I was charged TWICE running my credit card at 275$! Also they offer breakfast, pool, and arcade which NOTHING WAS AVAILABLE TO USE!!!Andrew the "manager" is a very nasty man who is extremely rude to his staff and customers and lives at the hotel, who instead of addressing the problem like telling me he would, he just makes a scene and calls the cops, and steals your money! (Gave him 4days to contact me but made excuse after excuse) will NEVER book a room with either of these hotels. I also had my 5 year old son with me who has asthma and epilepsy! smh. health department will be called! I will also sue if I don't get my money back!

If your preference is the beach, boating, fishing, diving, shopping, golf, business or pleasure, we are the perfect location for your home away from home. Port Huron, Michigan offers something for everyone and is located 60 miles northeast of Detriot, one hour east of Flint and 2 miles west of Sarnia, Ontario in Canada, allowing several day trips from our location.
Excited to be back in MI, not excited about our experience.
Reviewed By jane dMy friend and I travel to MI a few times a year( pre Covid) and we were so excited to finally spend a weekend in Port Huron again. We booked direct with the hotel, 2 King rooms. We’ve stayed here before, when it was the Quality Inn, a couple times. Check in was good, new employee Michael was nervous but great. Despite booking both at the same time, we were on different floors-weird but ok. Room 1 was on the second floor. Not updated, only a few tv channels worked, wifi signal kept dropping, no hot water Sunday morning. The desk seemed not concerned, just offered the use of another room down the hall. Super inconvenient to traipse down the hall to shower. Room was almost across from the open area down to the dining room, very loud in the mornings. Room 2 was on the third floor. Updated washroom and nicer tv stand/fridge/microwave area. Tub didn’t drain correctly, toilet didn’t flush on Sunday. Wifi signal dropped. Carpet was filthy, and there was a random t shirt on the floor of the closet. There was no housekeeping done in either room at all. Which would have been fine had we been told, or if there’d been a sign posted. Let the guest know to not expect towels, or more coffee/tea. Breakfast was very very slim pickings. Sausage links and microwaved egg patties were the only hot option aside from waffles. No ketchup, no biscuits, no bagels, no potatoes. They did have individually wrapped apples, and 2 kinds of yogurt. We left feeling disappointed with our stay, and we’re unlikely to recommend the hotel to anyone.
