Good menu at restaurants and the chef will personally cater to yoir needs. They wil also take care of your safety and book safe transport and tours for you. No need to take riska on your own.

Reviewed By PJMateoThis is truly a very nice hotel. The staff greet you and smile when you arrive. The WiFi worked exceptionally well. Air conditioning was amazing - the shower was great, hot water, good pressure, shower was clean. The bed was good... if you need a speciality mattress then you may need to sleep elsewhere but for the price, it’s great. The breakfast buffet was ok...eggs were still moving. The fresh juice and fruit were amazing. Pancakes were great but bring your own syrup- they use honey. Spaghetti was excellent. The dinner was great. Would stay here again. Hidden gem in Haiti. Well done

The breakfast was good and fresh juices . There was also a wedding when we were there and it really beautiful to see the Haitian wedding culture

Great Service and Flexibility
Reviewed By Jonathan LI have stayed at La Maison many times over the years. At some point, I felt it had really declined in quality and service, and so I hadn't stayed there in over a year. I booked for 1 night in early October 2020, and sprung for the deluxe room vs. a standard. What a difference! The room was spacious, clean, great AC, and hot water. It was modern and perfect for my planned overnight need. The service at the restaurant was excellent. Staff remembered me from previous visits by name and were most gracious. Menu items were somewhat limited, but that is to be expected during this time of COVID and uncertainty. The basics were available, including a good breakfast, and free shuttle to the airport. Last minute flight changes required me to extend my stay by 1 night, which was done with ease. They do require a $50 USD deposit per night and would not accept a credit card for that hold - which was slightly inconvenient as I had little cash on me at the time, and there is no ATM, but they were flexible with this too. La Maison was great and I will be back!
