Reviewed By Alexandre RAs I am now a family guy, my priority is my family(wife and 4 years old boy). This hotel has satisfired the whole family. All kind of pools were available and Tennis, voley ball, and soccer fields available as well. Gym and so on... fitness guys could be very happy here. The Manager, if I am not wrong, named as Daniel is very good guy and made us few very confortable during our stay. The room has plenty of space and could accomodate all 3 of us. The new years evening was amazing... kind of fancy place with live music and good food and drink. I would definitely go back there! I would also recommend people to visit the city of Poços de Caldas! I reallly love it.

Reviewed By Alejandro MThat was the first time at Thermas Walter World Resort and we had a very high expectations due to our previous vacations in another all inclusive hotel. At the arriving, we found the front desk not appealing and the bathroom (at room) a little bit dark and old but , after that, we were POSITIVELY SaURPRISED by the whole structure which is so nice. Many swimming pools with warm water, splash, toboggan, mini zoo, monotrail, cars museum, and a big park that unfortunately was closed due to city hall recommendation because COVID-19. All food and drinks so tasty and in big quantities. The best experience was regarding the staff. All of them so kind and always ready to help. Our SPECIAL THANKS for Daniela, Jose and Patrick (concierge) that were very proactive and concerned in ensure we had a great stay. Also many thanks to the children monitors team TIENTAO (Tio Grilo / Tio Gigante / Tia Panda / e Tio "Desconhecido" - my son loved them, enjoyed a lot and did many friends). STRENGTHS: staff (definitely) / care with COVID-19 / structure SPACE FOR IMPROVEMENTS: pillows softness / cleaning staff a little bit noisy early morning Thank you so much for giving us a great experience. The children entertainment team is fabulous. The food is just great. There were a lot of veg and non-veg options. A lot of variety for everyone. The meat was tender . You could get the drink of your choice at the bar. Draft beer was fantastic. Waiters were polite and always eager to serve you. Desserts were fresh and delicious. Reception staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff kept the hotel neat and tidy. We are definitely going to indicate to our friends and family. We really loved this place❤️

The lobby is very well decorated in a classical way. The restaurant is also very beautifull and the chandeliers are really marvellous. The food was good but the wonderful dessert made me eat more than I had imagined...rsrsrs

The Ibis Pocos de Caldas is well located, has good staff and adequate rooms befitting the budget nature of the hotel. Useful interesting touch an ironing board and irons on the landing. Not that I wanted to do any ironing but I needed to and that useful accessory was handy. The Ibis Pocos de Caldas is well located right in the middle of town but it’s not noisy and there’s a good supermarket right next door. The Ibis Pocos de Caldas is a good choice for your stay in the area

The Minas Garden is centrally located in Pocos de Caldas, 350m from Junqueira Park. The lounge bar candlelit has an amazing view of the city as well as cocktails and tasty snacks. Rooms at the Garden Mines are comfortable with quality wooden floors and soft lighting. All have TV, minibar and private balcony, and some have panoramic views of Pocos de Caldas. The restaurant serves typical homemade food of Mines, as well as a salad. The breakfast is served each morning and includes croissants, natural juices and jams. Furthermore, there is room service available. The Mine Hotel is 2km from Pocos de Caldas Cultural Centre and 4km from the central bus station. The property glue still free parking and 24 hour reception is at your disposal.

Good cleaning and good Internet signal. Varied breakfast with fruits and various quality breads and 3 juices. It has underground parking. The big advantage is that it is one block from the Municipal Park and the spa but not in the noisy central region. On the terrace has a simple but good place to sunbathe and bo sights of the city. It is 255 km from São Paulo is a good choice in the mountains of Minas Gerais. Tip make reservations in advance at this time. Ask to confirm with your SSN or passport so will have no problems with homonyms. A piscina ainda está em construção.
