Reviewed By FednnerBonito hotel situado en el corazón de Pitalito. Hermoso balcon colonial con vista de el parque principal y la iglesia. De el patio interno se puede ver la torre de la iglesia mientras disfrutas de el desayuno. El hotel tiene habitaciones de estilo colonial y tambien habitaciones con estilo moderno, todas muy acogedoras. El desayuno rico pero deseo tuviera mas variacion, una porcion de fruta fresca no estaria nada mal. El personal muy amable, en especial la señora Alba. En general un hotel bueno y recomendable. Personalmente muy satisfecho y volvere a hospedarme. Gracias

El servicio es espectacular, Doris la encargada del Hotel se preocupa por qué se esté a gusto y de solucionar cualquier necesidad. Volvería siempre.

Reviewed By GiacomoAlberti1985I spent about a week in this hotel due to business. I work with coffee and I often travel for this reason. I got a single room. The room was nothing special. Very essantial if you think that this is one of the most expensive hotels in Pitalito. Staff is friendly. Get a room without the view. Those with the view look on the street, but during the early morning are preatty loud due to the vehicles in the street. A colleague of mine got a room with the view and couldn't very sleep at night. The food is ok. Lot of meat. If you a vegetarian is better to have breakfast outside, even thought Colombians eat tons of meat I gave them two because it took them three days to give me the key of my room. So for example everytime I had to had breakfast I ha to call security to close my room witha copy of the key and then I had to call them again to open the door to wash my teeth.

Reviewed By ElizabethR637El hotel es muy bonito, aseado y ordenado. Las habitaciones son confortables y limpias. Nos hospedarnos en una con ventana interior y no sé sintió ruido. No tiene ascensor por lo que es conveniente no llevar maletas muy grandes o pesadas, y, en caso de dificultades de movilidad, es preferible pedir una habitación en el primer piso. Las opciones de desayuno incluyen huevos, fruta, jugo y bebidas calientes. El parqueadero no es en el mismo lugar, queda a media cuadra del mismo. Se debe llegar al hotel para pedir la indicación del parqueadero. La atención es muy buena y todas las personas son muy amables.

Lo bueno es el estado del hotel , la atencion y la ubicacion . Lo malo es que no posee ascensor y debes subir las maletas por dos largos pisos , el agua de las duchas no siempre sale caliente ya que evidentemente no da abasto la caldera ,
