A very friendly Hotel located in the centre of Pietrasanta. Sound-proof rooms with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Rich continental breakfast.Un Hotel familiare situato nel cuore di Pietrasanta. Camere insonorizzate con aria condizionata e Wi-Fi. Ricca colazione a buffet.
Hotel Palagi is a cosy little hotel with stylishly decorated rooms literally just steps away from Pietrasanta’s train station so a perfect base to visit the town. It was also excellent value for money and included a sweet and savory breakfast, not a given in many Italian hotels.

In Pietrasanta Palazzo Guiscardo is located in an original Liberty style building that dates back to the 1800s. The hotel has nine rooms all furnished in different ways, with antique furniture and canopy-beds. Soundproofed and independently air-conditioned with marble in the bathrooms enhancing their elegance. The reception and the anbience are those of a private home, with the services of a grand hotel.
We stayed in the family suite. Big room with clean comfortable beds. Outstanding service! The staff very helpful and polite. Highly recommended. The town is buzzing with restaurants and galleries. Thank you!

A charming B and B in a great position. I wish I could give it 6 stars! Everything about this place is just great. The communication during booking was friendly, prompt and efficient. Everything was ready for us upon arrival. The rooms are each individual and are very artistic, each one decorated individually. The breakfast was so good, everything home made. I will highly recommend La Sosta degli Artisti B and B to all my friends and cant wait to go back.... it is a jewel!

Albergo Pietrasanta is located in a grand seventeenth century palazzo, formerly known as the Barsanti-Bonetti, in the historical center of the town, near the Cathedral and the medieval square. A lovely veranda, facing landscaped gardens with century-old palm trees, connects the main building to the adjacent converted stables and provides a peaceful setting to have a quiet conversation or read a book. An extraordinary collection of contemporary art works is on permanent display at the Albergo Pietrasanta. The collection gives an exhaustive overview of the development of Italian art from the middle of the twentieth century until today. Each of the 15 rooms and 5 suites has been designed individually: furniture and colors have been chosen according to the structure of the spaces. Contemporary art works are displayed in staircases, lounges, and conference rooms, creating a comfortable atmosphere reminiscent of a fine private home, but coupled with the service of a first class hotel.
We booked this beautiful hotel by chance and were enchanted by all the details (art, charming service, gorgeous rooms), the experience (modern art amidst old school walls; attentive staff, luxurious rooms and bathrooms) and the location (lovely town with great restaurants, bike to beach). I can highly recommend a stay at this great "Albergo". First with the staff, from Veronica at the front desk (a great help with booking beach clubs, restaurants and other recommendations), Mirco (who helped us into the parking garage, luggage, organizing our bikes) and Guiseppe (the maestro who made everything else happen from breakfast, drinks in the fabulous garden, a coffee in the morning, a tea in the afternoon) you are immediately made to feel at home. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the garden, very quiet, spacious. Gorgeous bathrooms with marble from nearby mountains. Great wifi throughout the hotel for when we had to take work calls in our rooms, work in the garden or living room. The modern art placed throughout the hotel makes you happy. The town itself is charming with shops, restaurants and plenty art galleries. It is very easy to bike to the beach (hotel provides very comfortable bikes) and explore nearby Forte dei Marmi (which has great shops - all could have been coming straight from Madison Avenue or Worth Street) - just 6 kilometers away. Or drive to nearby Pisa or Florence or any great place in the country of Tuscany. A "home" away from home.

We spent over a week in this fantastic place. The suite is spacious, cozy and decorated with taste. The paintings on the walls are very impressive. The garden is beautiful and we had lovely breakfast under orange trees. Special thanks to the host, Luigi who is very kind and helpful to the guests. We hope to go back to this place again. Grazie Luigi :)

When golf becomes resort. Versilia Golf Resort. Forte dei Marmi. A few short words that encompass an entire world. There is Tuscany, whose love of life has always attracted those who have made an art of travel. There is Forte dei Marmi, now more vivacious and exclusive than ever before, with echoes of old-style family holidays with kids and nannies, tasteful villas and the beaches they were once connected to via private hidden pathways. There is golf. A golf that, here in this hidden niche nestled between the Apuan Alps and the Tyrrhenian Sea, becomes a resort in which each and every detail is the fruit of a truly special passion for hospitality. The sea is close at hand, you can smell it in the breeze that comes from the cloudless azure sky. Even the greens seem greener. And around this golf course the resort elegantly rises – as sophisticated and welcoming as a fine country estate. Guests at the Versilia Golf Resort are welcomed into bright spacious guest rooms with panoramic terraces offering incomparable views of the surrounding landscape.
Ok I have to admit that the golf course is in perfect conditions and the club house is amazing. Really a fantastic golf club but most of the times it is empty. Honestly speaking I refuse to pay 150 Euros to play 18 holes. Ok you will be alone since there is nobody both on the course and on the club. Said that it is the perfect place if you want not to be seen but It is probably the most expensive golf club in Italy. I would accept such rates if it was plenty of successful businesspeople, a place where to network like in the USA or abroad of Italy, but it is not the case. In the end it's not worth as it is. It could be a fantastic place but it is not well managed in my personal opinion.

situato nel centro di Pietrasanta, completamente rinnovato, a conduzione familiare, Noemi Ugo Giulia e Niccolò vi aspettano!
What a great find. Accommodation - Our room, while overlooking the street, had good soundproofing and we weren't disturbed by the traffic. it was comfortable and clean with quiet air conditioning. The hotel hires bicycles at reasonable rates. Breakfast - We made sure we got down early to have breakfast outside. There was a nice spread of fruit cake, cereals and juices etc. Generous portions of meats and cheeses were available on request. The croissants were amazing. Location - The hotel is a short stroll from the town square and surrounding streets loaded with restaurants, shops and galleries. There was a great buzz in the town on the Saturday night as it was a holiday weekend. Ugo tells us it is like that every night in high season. There's a local train station that gives you access to Cinque Terre and Lucca within 30mins. We didn't realise this before booking but the town is famous for it's art galleries and attracts a stylish crowd in the evenings. On every corner there are sculptures and it creates a welcoming open atmosphere. Hosts - Ugo, Noemi and their team are lovely people - always wanting to hear about our daily adventures and giving good information where required. They genuinely care about providing a good service and that shines through. Grazie Mille

Old farmhouse from nineteenth, purchased by the family only in the years 50. Our newly Bugneta still retains the characteristics of a time, such as the large fireplace heart of the house. The property is located in the countryside, near the entrance of the motorway, a few steps from the sea and from the historical town of Pietrasanta, with a beautiful view of the mountains in the area. Perfect place for nature lovers and is looking for a convenient location for getting around. The property is located about 2.5 km from the sea and the city center. The B & B has three double bedrooms, each with private bath, a large garden, a large parking lot with automatic gate and a veranda to enjoy breakfast in the summer. Nearby you can find tennis courts, golf courses, restaurants and pizzerias. The B & B La Bugneta is a special place for your holidays in Versilia.
Clean, comfortable large rooms, perfect wifi, very good breakfast, secure parking, everything works first time. Courteous hosts Francesca and Stefano are very helpful, assisted in cleaning my bike as well. I loved it.

Ancient stone house, built by our family during the 18th century and renovated 4 years ago, in the hills near Pietrasanta, just 2 km from the town-centre and 5/6 km from the beaches, but sorrounded by olive groves and the quietness of the countryside.Five double bedrooms, in some of which we can add a third bed, in one you can have three single beds. All the rooms have antique furniture, from the 19th century till the beginning of the 20th. The rooms have digital tv.All the rooms have private en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. When the weather is fine our guests can enjoy our garden, where we serve breakfast. In the garden there's a fridge for the guests, and a place where they can cook.In our B&B, still so near to the beaches and the places where you can enjoy yourself, it is still possible to relax and enjoy summer evenings far from confusion and to taste the atmosphere of times gone by.
No mistakes here: this was the gem of our trip. The house is a splendid ancient villa surrounded by acres of garden and olive trees. The room are outstanding (just like you see in the above pictures) and everything (furniture, decor and toiletries) is well cared. From bed blankets to towels. Very good breakfast served into an outstanding ambiance. The friendly owners will make you feel right at home. We will surely return. The place is slightly off the center so getting there by car is advisable. Parking is available too!
