The rooms are light, spacious and well appointed, a lift helps getting about and it is possible to breakfast or dine either inside or on the lawn. The kitchen serves a restricted menu, but one that changes both daily and seasonally. Book your stay well in advance and qualify for a "KonigsCarte". This gem allows free or discounted entry to many of the attractions round about and given the propensity of the kings of Bavaria for spending money there are plenty of those. In short, book to stay twice as long as you thought, you will still find it not long enough! If the museums and lake cruises don't appeal, a short walk gets you to the cablecar and straight up into the Bavarian Alps!

The rooms are a little bit dated but spotless maintained and clean - much better than I have seen in many high end Hotels. A great place to stay for a visit to Neuschwanstein or just hang out in their German mountains. Awesome breakfast spread comes on top. Big tip for food: 200 meters to the Falkenau brewery for real Bavarian Ambiente and great food. Beer as well :).

Reviewed By 640michhThe staff is very friendly and fulfills every wish. The food is perfect and taste wonderfull. The rooms are clean and we sleep very well. The location is on an mountain and we had a beautiful view all over the place and the country around us. We come back for sure.

Great Alpine Experience
Reviewed By VikramRaizadaIt was our first experience in the Bavarian Alps. We had joined a ski school in Nesselwang but were staying by choice in Pfronten. We drove into Pfronten in a snowstorm. The hotel was easy to find and the welcome was warm. We found the room spotless and comfortable. And were very comfortable for the 5 days we stayed there. The breakfast was good and there is access to a coffee machine until late night. The views from the rooms are beyond stunning! The management is fabulous - very welcoming, professional and courteous. As are the staff. Some may find the lack of an in house restaurant challenging, we were happy to step out for dinners. We fell in love with the region and certainly intend go back for more! And are happy to recommend Hotel Bergidyll to all. PS: We drove out of Pfronten too in a snow storm!

Neben einem Kühlschrank mit verschiedenen Getränken zur selbstentnahme, findest Du leckere Bio Suppen & warme Snacks in Bio Qualität zum selber warm machen im Aufenthaltsraum. Gratis WiFi, saubere Zimmer und ... sind im Alps Hostel genauso selbstverständlich wie der 24h Selbst-Check-In.

A wonderful Place to stay
Reviewed By ucosandierIt is a small hotel, almost out of town. Torsten and Wang welcomed us and made us feel at home right away. Torsten told us what to do and where to go in the area. The breakfast was good und the restaurant has a nice menu. Their Beef Bouillon is out of this world. For hiking and skiing this is the place to be! We will be back for sure. They also opened a new small hotel in Oy but we haven't been inside.

Son didn't make it to breakfast and the lady of the house told me just to take his breakfast! Also were able to checkin early without paying extra! .

Reviewed By Patrik Oskar GRoom: First of all, the room was clean and had neutral scent. The room was old fashioned, 80s or 90s style. Bathroom was looking better and was also clean. They were both spacious enough. Wardrobe was making sounds when I was walking in the room :) Breakfast: Some standard choices, some fruits weren't fresh (kiwi turned into pudding), coffee (if it was coffee) should be definitely improved. Maybe it is better to reduce amount and increase quality. I think that many guest will appreciate it. Location: The hotel is located around 25 minutes (by car) from Neuschwanstein castle and not far from the Austrian border. You need car to reach nearest stores and restaurants. It was great to wake up and hear the sound of ringing cow bells and singing birds. Personnel: They were all kind. No complains. Overall experience: Free parking before the hotel and restaurant despite it wasn't my taste. Rooms needs some refreshment. I had troubles to stay connected on my mobile in the room but Wi-Fi worked well on my notebook. Breakfast has to be changed, I suggest less products and better quality. Silent location with wonderful nature around. They offered some kind of discount for local attractions. Price/what you get: Almost 100 EUR per one night with included breakfast is too much. Some improvements must be done before this price will be justified. I am rating Der Landgasthof Roefleuten 3 because of clean and silent room, nice location and free parking. Breakfast must be improved and interior shall be upgraded. It is an OK choice for an overnight stay when you arrive lately and departure early.

Reviewed By andysV1742JHPerfect Location for Business and Wellness. The location was helpful to focus on business and come down after work. Nice spa with pool, Sauna and massage. The food was a delight the taste buds. You can also hike with or without snowshoes, ski, bike or running.
