Reviewed By H9077WCsuehHotel was very shabby, run down and unclean in public areas. Breakfast was typical fare, but the coffee was very weak. It is right by the highway, so it's very noisy. There are better places to stay close by.

Reviewed By janejP4710TAGreat overnight stop on way to south Florida. Front entrance has beautiful flowers and such a welcoming lobby. Very clean outside, Queen bed had nice big bathroom with tub. Was recently painted a beautiful relaxing color and very clean. Room breakfast was served in felt more like being home then hotel. Highly recommend this place, it’s safe, clean and well cared for.

This hotel exceeded my expectations
Reviewed By Michele GHad booked another hotel but seen on reviews where there were conditions I didn't want to encounter so I looked further. Best Western is supposed to be the best hotel in Perry. I was leery since I have never stayed at a Best Western, at least not in my adult life, but I booked it. Upon arrival, front desk clerk was rude when I asked if we could be in a certain area of the hotel by bluntly and rudely saying "we are booked tonight", and she would not speak up where I could hear her through the glass so I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. After being rude about it she was able to accommodate us. All she had to do was say politely "we are booked but let me check" from the beginning. Got our keys and went to the elevator. There's only one elevator in the building! We get to our room and it was nice and cool and VERY clean. I was shocked at how nice the room is, but very relieved. We had separate beds because all the king rooms were booked but the beds were VERY comfortable. Didn't get to stay for breakfast but it looked like a regular hotel breakfast of a couple hot items, breads, cereals, etc , when I grabbed a banana. Overall, I would stay at THIS Best Western again over Hampton even if I never stay at any other Best Western again.

Reviewed By Charlie JI wasn’t given my Wyndham Rewards at check-in and was refused when asked. Hotel staff is not friendly nor willing to try and accommodate anyway they could. The first day our toilet wouldn’t flush and wasn’t fix in 24 hours. 2 of the 5 nights we stayed, no housekeeping was provided. Overall the hotel was dirty. We travel to Perry every year for a national show and we will not be staying here ever again.

Reviewed By E5402IYrogersLike the non-carpeted floors. Clean room. Location is good. With I-75 nearby, all hotels will have some traffic noise. Not the friendliest manager upon sign in - felt like I was interrupting him from something else. Despite the hotels' website, Priceline's site and all other websites stating that there is a free breakfast, there was not. There was no coffee in lobby, no breakfast and signs claiming no cleaning service: call for new towels. Mini-frig is unplugged and warm upon check-in, so if you need something to stay cold: no luck. Cost cutting measures?

Reviewed By L31AChelensJust an overnight stay, thank God. Very dated. Musty smell when we opened the door. Not very clean. I opened up a drawer and this is what I found. Housekeeping should be educated on how to clean. I was happy to get out of there. Sometimes cheaper is not better. Will not go back there when we head back home.

Reviewed By joycebroomeWe were coming to the fantastic Trump rally and wanted someplace close to the fairgrounds. We found Relax Inn to be a great place to stay. Our bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, clean, clean. The floor is a luxury vinyl tile that is much better than carpet. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The grounds were very neat and landscaped attractively. The staff was really attentive and very polite. The coffee was good, too! We would stay here in a heartbeat! Great job, Relax Inn!

Decent Stop
Reviewed By Eli CI was traveling from Atlanta to North Florida and needed a place to crash for the night. Once you walk in the lobby of the hotel, you can sort of tell this was not originally designed to be a Quality Inn, looks like it was designed to be a Comfort Inn or an old school Holiday Inn, or thats what it seemed like to me. Check in was fairly easy, I only stayed here one night. The rooms were not so great however, the toilet seat was loose and kept sliding every time you sat on it. Cookie Crumbs on the bedspread, and TV was unplugged. The room had a "wet odor" to it, room felt very damp, odd for January. Even with all these flaws the room was still acceptable. There is an indoor pool and laundry facilities. Didn't use either while I was here. Breakfast is pretty bad here so I just went to Waffle House for breakfast. All in all this is still an ok place to spend a night, close to I-75
