The first thing that you notice when you turn into the Jawai Leopard Safari Lodge from the main road is the sheer isolation of the place. Tents and cottages in the middle of no where in arid leopard county. The tents and cottages are well made. We stayed in the stone cottage for a night. The cottage has the ambience that befits the surrounding area. The bed, flooring and washroom are good enough for an isolated camp but can be improved further considering the tariff of the room. There is ample storage space with drawers and a large wooden cupboard. Cleanliness and upkeep is good but can be further improved. You might find a few insects in the room given it's a desert area. The food is good and decently priced with prompt service. Do keep in mind that Rajasthan is famous for spicy food so convey your tolerance before ordering. The night time brings an eerie calm over the camp site and offers a great opportunity for star gazing with a drink or two. Do carry all your essentials and your supplies because there is nothing nearby in a few km radius.

An ancient land, dominated by craggy granite boulders where the boundaries of the three kingdoms of Marwar, Mewar and Sirohi once converged. Here the Jawai river and lake formed by the resorvior is the heart and soul of this arid region, providing sustenance to mankind and wildlife. Nestled at the base of a sheer granite outcrop called Nag Giri or Cobra mountain is Jawai Sagar. These outcrops are also the abode of the resplendent Indian leopard. The northern edge of the resort is lapped by the waters of the Jawai lake where the Indian Mugger crocodile might be seen basking in the sun while flocks of flamingos and pelicans lazily circle the waters. At night the stars shine in the clear skies and the waters of the lake shimmer in the moonlight. The silent night only broken by the call of the great horned owl as he alerts the animals of the prowling Leopard.
We stayed here for one day at hotel jawai sagar and we received amazing service there. The food was very delicious The best part is the view from the room balcony which gives you the view of the whole jawai sagar lake and the mountains which is also the home for few leapords.

Situated between the mountainous regions of Udaipur & vast deserts of Jodhpur lies Kotri village. At its heart stands Kotri Raola, constructed in the 18th century. While the Raola’s original foundation and structure remains today, over the years new restorations and additions have been added painstakingly to ensure present day conveniences and modern comforts while maintaining the spirit of a family home. Raola offers 8 rooms to guests looking for a taste of rural life in beautiful Rajasthan. Kotri Raola is a rare blend of grand elegance and the comforting feeling of a home away from home: as soon as you enter the walls of the Haveli, you have the feeling of being embraced. There are sturdy old neem trees with green parrots nesting in their branches, sprawling magenta bougainvillea, a lotus pond and several courtyards that are perfect for a peaceful cup of tea. Additionally, the property has multiple balconies with views of the village and its environs, reading nooks, an airy and spacious dining hall, and a back courtyard that hosts evening bonfires. There are always new corners and views to discover.
We, a family of three, needed some peace and quiet and came across Kotri Raola which had good reviews. What actually made us choose the place was the review about the people there, specially Neeravji. The property is located off the main route, in a very beautiful village. The palace itself is well maintained and has ample choice of rooms, all different from one another. The food and hygiene are excellent. They have a stable with lovely polo ponies and racehorses. It is an excellent place to learn about the upkeep and care of the animals. A visit to the village with Fatehsinghji, was extremely rewarding. We had constant company of Neeravji, his wife Sara, and their cute baby Anu, who we missed even after coming back. Overall it was a very satisfying and great experience Finally I would like to mention that I had mentioned during booking that it was my wife's birthday, and they very kindly arranged for a cake on the eve.

We got Two Type Room 1) Cottage 2) Tent, Room Tariff Includes Breakfast & Dinner, We arrange Leopard Camp Jungle Safari.
We booked this resort for one day dated 2nd April to 3rd April and we were completely blank that how it will be but as and when we entered the resort's periphery, we were stunned to see such a beautiful place surrounded with perfect natural beauty i.e. lake, mountains. More flavor added to this trip when we encountered with such a courteous staff and administration that we regretted that how can we miss such a beautiful place for over those these past years. we tried to cancel all our further bookings and extended our stay over here but unfortunately it was completely packed.

Just cross this restaurant while my family tour to pali. Nice food with good rajasthani spicy taste. Courteous staff. If you are going through pali, must taste its food. Serving time is normal. Well managed.
