Sarete accolti in una villa del 1931 completamente ristrutturata, con tutti i confort e a due passi da tutti i servizi. La cura dei dettagli è merito di Giorgia e Lorenzo, coppia giovane, dinamica e attenta ai dettagli. Un Bed and Breakfast a due passi dalla stazione, a cinque minuti dall'aereoporto e a due minuti dall'ingresso/uscita della ss16. Il B&B Il Civico 2 è immerso in un contesto storico davvero unico e suggestivo

Reviewed By mathmomaThe B&B is in a beautiful historic building with a lovely garden. The area is quiet and convenient to get reach by car and has off street parking. There is a luxury sized shower. The breakfast is delightful which included fruit and marmalade from the garden. The host is extremely helpful including with local restaurant choices. This place would make a convenient location for visiting sights near Bari. Clara is an exceptional host!

Reviewed By neisha sWe love Italy and have been to Bari before a few years ago 2016. We chose this b&b as outside of the town and quieter than the noisy street we stayed in last time. Angelique and her mother and Bambino plus little doggy made us feel very welcome. We loved the quietness of the b&b and the room plus breakfast was lovely, lots of croissants, and cake plus juice and tea. Free parking either on her drive, if free or out on street. Lovely clean accommodation, spacious bathroom and well lit at night. We loved our stay so much we will be back. Reviewed By brucomeladesUn b&b moderno, tutto elettronico. Stanza confortevole, colazione al bar vicino composta da 3 pezzi es: cornetto, cappuccino e spremuta. Camera pulita ed accogliente, ottimo bagno, unico neo il parcheggio, libero su strada ma è difficile trovare posto.

Low price low comfort
Reviewed By Tomasz DGood place for one night dduring your stay in Puglia. Very close to Bari airport. Inside one one bathroom for three rooms. Old furniture and bed. In our room somebody was smoking so we found odour. It is not comfortable for me. Typical Italian breafast : sweet cake and coffe.

This is our first visit to Italy so wanted a central base, at first glance this house is on a motorway with a train station a 100 yards away, fear not as once in the house there is little or no noise. Saverio & Anna are superb, Saverio even came out at 11pm to rescue us when making a mistake on the train system (above & beyond) Grazie Tante. 6ft beds are fantastic with a great design. Great value & location for Gargano, Puglia, Napoli, Pompey and much more. Thanks, Dave & June - Norton, Stockton on Tees UK.

Dreadful mattress, old towels and petty 'rules'
Reviewed By hodgehodgeWe have just spent 24 days touring in Italy staying one night in each place. Of the 24 simple hotels/b&bs we stayed in this was without doubt the one we enjoyed least. Do read the low score reviews here and on bookingDOTCOM. They give an accurate impression which the photos provided do not. To be brief the house is difficult to find in a soulless 'gated community' but it is very convenient for the airport. Room would be perfectly OK, even good if not for the dreadful mattress, sagging inwards +++ and long overdue for replacement. My wife and I both slept very poorly because of this. See picture of the bed below - you can see the sag clearly. The shower was ok to good. Despite air con being advertised no controller was provided. Petty rules such as no eating in the rooms and not allowed to wash clothing in the bathroom are just ridiculous. This is not something we have had to put up with at any other b&b in Italy (or France and Spain for that matter). An OK breakfast but only just. We had to chase for the single cup of coffee and the pastries are long life croissant/pastry etc. Sound proofing between rooms is very poor. Towels look old, thin and somehow not very clean. Do look elsewhere, you can do so much better, even for one night.
