We're located in Gaylord, close to the Alpine Swiss Village Shopping Plaza, world-class golf courses, and downhill and cross-country skiing. Kick back in our comfy hotel with amenities for you, including an indoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, and pool table.
The front desk, Tristan, was lovely to work with. He put our rooms close to each other. We had snacks and waters given to us. The breakfast was great and had many options. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean except the shower had a few hairs. We were in an accessible room so had no idea that the black out blinds were controlled by a switch on the wall. I would definitely stay at this property again. This is our 2nd TRU hotel and I really like them for the price.

This Hampton needs an update. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was good. There was no information of any kind in the room such as tv channel listing or local restaurants information. Motel was quiet.

The Staff was wonderful. The space aged. But a good price for what you do get. The town was just devastated by a tornado. There is a shortage of staff everywhere. So the issues that I had I believe, were due to those facts. But the price is right. We were apart of a set of wedding guests. We were all put together as asked. The staff were very accommodating. Even though there was a major tragedy in town staff were kind and helpful. I did like the 24 hour coffee station.

I stayed here recently for a business trip. Check-in was very easy and they have snacks, pop, beer and wine available for purchase right by reception. The fitness center was closed due to some construction going on in the building. My room was really nice and spacious. The shower was nice and modern. I prefer a glass door over a shower curtain any day of the week. The only downfall was being able to hear my neighbors pretty clearly. This is however the nicest place I've stayed during my travels to Gaylord.

Very nice new hotel, rooms are comfortable and modern. Especially liked the bench for luggage, walk in shower, and the window shades. One complaint I have about most hotels is dim lighting. A light over the luggage would be good, but mostly the bathroom mirror light is dim for shaving. We were on 3 rd floor, don’t know if that is the reason, but the bathroom was freezing. No heat source, even with the door open the room heat barely helped.

Spent one night and totally would spend longer next time there. Front desk was great and Tiffany was very welcoming and helpful. The room was excellent, beds were comfortable, I wanted to steal the pillows...but didn't. The free breakfast was good and the table with the help yourself items was a nice addition. They had water, chips, cookies, etc. and was handy on your way to your room .Pool and hot tub were great and open late for adults to relax. Thank you Comfort Inn

We were in a pinch for use of a pool for six kids on a cooler afternoon. I knew mid- week it probably wouldn't be too busy. I was able to get a quick reservation and use of the indoor and outdoor pools at the Inn. Different than the pool at the Main Lodge. I think this is one of Tree Tops original buildings. The pools are separate at this building, The hot tub is smaller, but it was all good. Thank you, Courtney for getting us booked quick and getting us squared away.
