Distinguished leisure and business travellers alike seek the elegance and refinement of the Victorian Age embodied in this treasured landmark hotel located directly on the main street of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Upon arrival the staff was exceptional. The hotel is exactly that Vintage accommodation we were looking for. Dining was perfection and location of this hotel was easy accessible. We traveled with another couple, and walking far is an issue for two of us. I will definitely be talking our weekend up too many.

We had our wedding reception here and it was a dream!! The price was great; less than expected for such a beautiful place. The staff was always polite and helpful. Our coordinator, Ayah was super helpful and kind. The food and the setup was way more than what we were expecting. Our guests could not finish the amount of food in one night. We also got a complimentary suite for the night which was absolutely amazing!! We wished we had stayed there throughout our entire honeymoon ?. Overall expecting, ????? ten ? We can't wait to go back for our anniversary ❤

With a design reminiscent of maritime life in the 1880's, Harbour House captures the essence of historic Niagara-on-the-Lake. Overlooking the Niagara River, Harbour House is within easy walking distance to the Shaw Festival theatres and many fine restaurants, shops and galleries. Our 31 guestrooms and suites feature king-size feather-top beds, whirlpool tubs, fireplaces and entertainment centres. Our tariffs include a European-style breakfast served in the conservatory.
We stayed at the Harbour House several times in January, February, and April. While these visits were not for ''pleasure'' (our dog required 2 surgeries from a clinic in NOTL), we enjoyed and looked forward to our stays at the Harbour House, which allowed us not only to be close at hand for our dog, but also to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and the luxury of a stay in a lovely hotel. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and well-appointed. And I cannot say enough good about all of the staff at this hotel. They were kind and friendly, and on our final visit there was a sweet package with a handwritten note welcoming us back as returning guests. They provided bedding, biscuits, bowls, and poop bags for our 2 dogs. In terms of location, the hotel is perfectly situated right across from the harbour (you can hear the masts of the boats gently clinking) and just blocks away from the gazebo, the theatres, and the main shopping street. Everything is within easy walking distance. Breakfasts were home made and generous. Thank you for looking after us so well during our visits.

The Pillar and Post Inn, Spa and Conference Centre's original structure was built in the late 1890's as a canning factory, and since has been lovingly transformed into a charming country inn. With its relaxed elegance, modern amenities, indoor and outdoor pools, and exotic hot springs pool at 100 Fountain Spa, ranked one of the top 25 spas in Canada by the Spa Association of Canada 2016. The Pillar and Post is an ideal setting for a spa getaway, wedding, conference, or family vacation.
We stayed here for a night for our mini-moon after our wedding in early June. The hotel, spa and gardens are absolutely breathtaking. Our room was clean and tidy. Our dinner at The Cannery Restaurant was delicious. My husband had the prime rib and I had the stuffed chicken. We also ate breakfast here the next morning as part of the bed and breakfast package. The staff were courteous and friendly. Everyone was quick to answer any questions. The spa was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed a couples massage and then headed to the hot springs pool before getting ready for dinner. We will definitely be back in the future to celebrate anniversaries! The only feedback we have is that the beds could be a bit comfier. We definitely prefer a plush, soft bed and this one was on the firmer side. Thank you for making our mini-moon one to remember!

I wanted to take the time to thank Robin Smith, Guest Services Supervisor at the Staybridges Suites in Niagara on the Lake for the exemplary service she provided me when booking rooms for many of my guests and the wedding party members on May 27-30. I had a lot of specific requests and many rooms to rent, but Robin went above and beyond to accommodate everyone! She was extremely personable and so easy to work with, Robin, you are an outstanding employee and the Staybridges Suites are extremely fortunate to have you onboard, Congratulations on a job well done. I couldn't have been more pleased. All the rooms were well appointed and very clean. We all really appreciated the service we received. Thank you all again. Wendy G,

We would like to welcome you to Niagara-on-the-Lake and to our bed and breakfast where we serve a fresh hot breakfast each morning. We sit on the edge of Ravine Winery (walk out my back yard into the vineyards and follow them to the restaurant and winery). Also in the area Chateau Des Charmes winery & Colanari. Both are just a km away - just a few of the many wineries the region has to offer. Niagara Falls is a 15 minute drive. Enjoy the Gardens, or do as we do have a coffee/wine on the porch and watch the cyclists go by. We are located on a popular cycling route. Breakfast is served in the elegant dining room & consists of Fresh eggs and items from my garden when in season. We are a short drive (10 minutes) to Niagara Falls (Maid of the Mist, Buttery Fly Avery) or to Old Town with the great shopping and the Shaw Theatre. Wine tours can be arranged. Non smoking house but there is a table away from the house with ashtrays. Pets are not allowed - I cannot change it on the listing.
Trish and Norm are the perfect hosts. We stayed with two other couples. We were greeted promptly, shown the grounds and our rooms. There are multiple spots to sit and talk, have a drink or just nap. Each morning Trish prepares a gourmet multicourse breakfast and takes care to match the experience to the dining requirements for each guest. Green Oaks is about a 10 minute drive through wine country to old town and 10 minutes to the Falls. A wonderful experience from the moment we arrived to when we sadly departed.

(Its the new best kept secret in Niagara.). Canadian art, history and comfort at its best throughout. Welcome!
We were on holiday in the area, just for a couple of nights and were taken by the lovely photos and the location. The hotel is a very traditional house, oozing with character. The lounge and library were very stylish and as it was low season, there was only one other person staying there. We got upgraded to a larger room. We felt we had the whole house to ourselves and since meeting the landlady when we arrived, the other guest and the chef who cooked us breakfast was the only other people we met. Phase 1 of breakfast, with coffee, juice and a sausage roll was brought to the room, and phase 2 was a sit-down service in the dining room / lounge. Lovely place and definitely recommend. Only down side is it's on the side of a main road and whilst quiet in the night, it did get a bit noisy in the morning.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights at the start of our Canada/US trip. The house itself is fantastic, the bedrooms are very spacious and individually designed to reflect the hosts travels. You have your own private lounge and small kitchen area to make tea/coffee (there's a basket full of snacks and a fridge full of cold drinks that you just help yourself to!!) There's a beautiful garden with a lovely hot tub and fire pit. The hosts, Deanna and Alec are such lovely people and go to every effort to ensure you get the most out of your stay. The breakfasts are incredible!! Everything is home made and so fresh. The location is perfect being only a short walk to the main town/restaurants etc. Loved every minute of our stay!!! Thank you both.

Attentive, polite staff. Very clean lobby and meal area. Room was spotless and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was as good as free breakfast hotel fare can be. The one negative was the noisy heating/cooling unit.
