The Cliff Hotel embodies the warm Jamaican hospitality, elegance & a carefree lifestyle that offers the ultimate escape. The Cliff boasts 33 suites & cottages to include two stylish one bedroom cottages and a magnificent four bedroom and a five bedroom cottage-all having direct views of the Caribbean Sea.
We are actually still here…this hotel makes you feel that you are royal or even someone famous (even if you are as many celebrities visit this hotel). You are greeted with a cool towel, and after taking care of our business we were absolutely amazed at the beauty of this place. Everyone who works here is absolutely so nice and helpful. They are willing to do whatever they need to to make you happy! And the chef is absolutely amazing!!! This is not necessarily a place for family, but a place for couples or those who are just looking to relax and get away. VERY quiet! Outside of swimming, jumping off cliffs, snorkeling, massages, and a pool table, there aren’t many activities. But for those of us who live a busy life, sometimes you don’t need much. Just to bask in the beauty of God‘s creation. The mangoes, the drinks, did I say the food? The service, it was all amazing! Oh, and the room was so beautiful, the view, the balcony, the hammock that put me to sleep aaahhh… Everything you see online is what you get. Unlike many places here. Don’t hesitate to book!

A great spot for romantics or a destination wedding. Nestled amongst tropical gardens and flowering plants at the edge of Negril, this unique all-inclusive gem is best described as intimate, chic and serene. The resort offers 85 "tree-house-style," elegantly appointed guestrooms on ten-acres of lush landscaping, a design praised by Architectural Digest. Melt away with a soothing spa service in our unique treatment garden, cool off at the swim-up bar with a tropical drink or "chill" at the resort's five beachfront acres and two miles of white sand beach, just steps away. When dining is on the menu, you'll enjoy both international and authentic Jamaican cuisine at four restaurants and bars.
We had an amazing time here, the property is well maintained - Laverne did a wonderful job keeping our room beautiful and clean and her incredible towel art. Lots of options for meals, sometimes food could have been kept hotter, great service and friendly helpful staff. We enjoyed Paul the piano man, who always heard the tune for the first time in a taxi on the way to work :) . The security folk - Ericka and Kemeisha and Dwayne who always made us smile and chatted with us, the guys on the beach Kevon, Cobe, Jevon ( not sure of this last name) , Collette at the gift shop and all our amazing servers at the restaurants. The cook at the beach who makes an amazing curried fish and curry goat ! Loved everything about the place - only found the pool a bit small, however the beach was amazing and better than any pool ! Bathrooms were always well kept and clean. Enjoyed it's smaller size and homey feel and this vacation was exactly what i needed.

This was our 1st trip to Jamaica and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel staff were super friendly and always helpful. I can see others have commented on staff but we had no issues at all and found everyone to be happy and polite. It took about 1hr 30mins to the resort but that went pretty quick, plus you get to see interesting things on the way We were in block 2 (adults only) 3rd floor and the room was nice and spacious. They could do with updating some of the furniture but had a huge comfortable bed and good air con. The fridge was not stocked due to COVID restrictions but we just had to call room service to order food or drink (or use the apps) and they were very quick. Food - The buffets were better than most we have eaten at and varied. The restaurants were also very good (Italian in particular). We would highly recommend going to Garfield's BBQ on the Beach at lunch for the Jerk and Fried chicken which is unreal. Also, whoever makes the fresh cakes at the Café is a great baker. Always a wide selection of cake and pastries available. Entertainment was great too, the steel drums and Fire show on Saturdays was very good. The beach is amazing and we never had any issues getting a place to sit. It goes on for quite a while. We had a couple of issues with towels not being available in the morning but this was sorted quite quickly. They would also come and find you when they had them. There were people selling things on the beach which could be quite annoying but they were friendly and the musicians were good. Security were always there moving them along if needed but all was fine. The only thing I would suggest to the hotel is maybe a facelift ins some areas of the rooms. Also, a resort map on the App would be helpful, so you can look where everything is as the place is big. This could've been at the lobby but I don't remember seeing it. Thank you to all the staff that made this a great first visit.

Nestled on two acres of Negril's magnificent 7-mile beach, the family owned Travellers Beach Resort offers sixty guest rooms amidst an immaculate garden area. The properties seaside restaurant and bar is perfectly positioned for diners to enjoy impeccable views of the renowned beach and Caribbean sea. Guests can also enjoy a variety of on-property amenities including water sports & scuba diving, a newly built state of the art gym, large swimming pool with swim up bar, lawn games and family room. Complimenting these offerings is a warm, family like atmosphere that emanates from the well-seasoned staff body.
We’ve been coming to Traveller’s for 5 years now. Having initially selected Traveller’s through its Jamaican ownership, we found we loved the place! The founder, Winston Wellington built the first bungalows and has expanded over the years to create a great hotel to meet all budgets and expectations. They have a new chef who took the time to talk with us at the bar, about our preferences and favourite foods. Where else would that happen? It’s not to far from town and the West End, which we love and has a perfect location on the beach. The staff are like family and have been there for years- the mark of a great employer and of loyal staff. Some of the profits have been invested in the local children and schools. A shining example to all of us. We will be back and will continue to recommend Traveller’s to our friends and guests who want to see Jamaican hospitality at its best. Congratulations to owners, managers and everyone who works there and keeps the place beautiful, clean, safe and our plates and glasses full! Cups Up!

Tucked away on the deep West End atop the crystal clear Caribbean Sea, The Westender Inn is your own peaceful hideaway in paradise. The Westender Inn is where Negril goes too chill..
A life changing view and scenery., Westender Inn is a hidden jewel in the Deep West End. Multiple pools and perches to swin and sun bathe. One perch is situated over a blow hole and each with a wave comes in the air rushes up thru the blow hole. The bar is nice and refreshing with a friendly bartender who mised up some fine drinks. Well worth the drive to spend the day listening to the waves crash against the rocks.

Have been been to Negril many times and this March decided to stay at Coco LaPalm for this trip. Did an 8 night stay In a standard king room which was perfect as it was used mainly for sleep and showering. Room and the bed were very comfortable. The room was on the second floor with a small table and chairs to enjoy. The Location to the beach is great and the whole the resort was fantastic. Breakfast @ Marleys was a great way to start the day And then off to explore. It was an excellent stay and will definitely spend more with them

Laid-back family friendly property. Fabulous breakfast is included. Pool, gym and beach location.
Our stay at this location was indeed a memorable one, from having delicious local breakfast on the beach to the awesome staff who were friendly and always will to assist us on our daily excursions. I would definitely recommend a stay at this resort.

An exclusive boutique resort built in modern urban style set on the famous 7-miles white sand beach location of Negril with 33 units of luxury guest rooms and suites. The Sandy Haven Resort experience goes far beyond bricks and walls. The prevailing atmosphere is that of a meeting place for friends and colleagues to mingle.
We chose Sandy Haven based on reviews and the reviews are 100% correct. This place is a hidden gem. I want to tell everyone about it and also tell no one because I selfishly want to keep it a secret all to ourselves. So, only the cool people keep reading. We decided to stay a 2nd wk because the 1st was perfect and went by too fast. We were upgraded (again!) to a corner room with an ocean view and a delicious cross breeze from the balcony. It had cedar cathedral ceilings and a soaking tub. Not being all-inclusive people SH was perfect. No crowds or kids. We always felt safe and comfortable. My gluten free diet was never a problem for the kitchen. This is the perfect spot on 7 mile. Quiet but chill. You can walk a minute down the beach in either direction to find a party if that's your thing. It was so perfect we barely left the resort. Other reviews mention staff often and they really do make Sandy Haven what it is. I worked in the service industry for 20 yrs in Canada. I respect this team's commitment to exceptional guest service while maintaining the casual vibe that brings people to Negril. It’s a delicate balance and they make it look easy. It's even more difficult considering this area is just rebounding from 2 yrs of Covid which decimated their industry (so tip like you would at home!). Every staff member has a genuine smile and goes out of their way to make you feel at home and that energy is the beating heart of this place, and why we can't wait to return.

First of all, don't believe the "negative Nellies" about this place. It's not a 5-star Marriott, OK? But it IS a very nice resort and a good value for the money. The hotel folks are very nice and helpful. Norman the driver will take you anywhere you want to go, and cheaply - and even wait for you while you are there and take you back - for cheap! As far as excursions, we did the "Blue Hole" (with Norman driving/waiting for us) and I highly recommend it (look it up). Rick's cafe is worth it if not just to see people jumping off the cliffs - the food is average and it's pricey. The Samsara's food is good, not great, but for the money Iwe were very happy. We made some new friends. The menu has fish, lasagna, burgers, pasta and more. Breakfast they will cook you an omelet right in front of you. Lunch/dinner can be at the bar,or patio, having a drink and overlooking the Mediterranean. The endles pool is great and the view is one of the best we've ever had. So it you're looking for 4-course meals and bellboys fawning over you for twice the price (or more), this is not for you. But for us it was just right.
