If you are looking for an adorable, charming place to stay in the heart of Nantucket – Union Street Inn is IT! My husband and I went back and forth trying to decide whether or not we wanted to stay in a home rental or if we should do a hotel/inn for the 4 days we had planned on the island, and we are so grateful we decided on the latter! Union Street Inn is in a perfect location -- just a few minutes’ walk from the ferry, right in town, but tucked away enough so you’re not right on Main Street. Our bedroom was extremely comfortable, and the inn’s outdoor patio space was a real treasure! It was hard to leave the inn each day because of the friendly staff, beautiful environment, and comfort of it all. On top of all of this, the inn provides amazing service to their customers. They provide a breakfast menu every morning where the staff will prepare you your meal of choice from the menu. They also have afternoon treats available, which was always so nice to come back to after spending a day out exploring the island/beaches. Additionally, they have a bike rack to lock up your bikes, they provide beach chairs, beach towels, coolers for food, umbrellas if it rains, and I’m sure much more! We are already counting down the days until we can plan our next Nantucket trip so we can stay at Union Street Inn again.

The Martin House Inn blends the convenience and comforts of today with the romance and nostalgia of the past. Built in 1803 by a sea captain for his bride and restored to a gracious old-world elegance, the inn combines the charm and romance of a bygone era with all the comforts of home. Its gathering areas, luxurious rooms, working fireplaces, peaceful veranda and serenity gardens (graced with gurgling fountains and a fire-pit, and caressed by the music of gentle breezes and classical piano), all beckon you to return. Watch a sunset from our roof-walk with a glass of wine in hand and savor the panorama of the town and harbor. Enjoy a bountiful continental breakfast, featuring our famous granola and scones, and come home to our homemade afternoon treats! Seven-time winner of the Certificate of Excellence award and located in the heart of Nantucket’s historic district, the inn is a short walk from shops, beaches, theatres, restaurants. 13 rms, A/C, WiFi, insider app for guests, including meditation and yoga (yoga matts, blocks, straps in each room), in-room hotel safes.
I look my mom to Nantucket for a belated Mother's Day trip and we loved both the island and our stay at the Martin House. The location is perfect - close enough to town to easily navigate your suitcases from the ferry and a street or two away from the action for tranquility. There's even covered parking for your bikes under the house. An advantage of the Martin House versus what I noticed from other nearby B&Bs when I went to book is that the Martin House has some rooms with twin beds. My mother and I sure appreciated each having our own bed without having to book two rooms. Cindy was wonderful in giving us pointers for the best lobster rolls (Walters!) and quite the baker. Her cinnamon scones one more for breakfast were so delicious that I may have smuggled one onto the evening ferry back to the mainland.

This was our second stay here. Beautiful and well kept property. Plenty of mixers for happy hour. Cookies are nice and moist. Breakfast is just enough if you are heading out for a larger lunch. The backyard is a bonus for cocktails before dinner. Very walkable to everything. Richard and his team are very kind and helpful.

I recently spent a long weekend at Nantucket Resort Collection and had an incredible experience!! The resort is decorated with a beautiful coastal and sophisticated decor, oversized comfy chairs, outdoor seating area, a fire pit and plenty of areas to unwind. The rooms were immaculately clean and the bed was super comfy! The staff was very personable and friendly at all times even when we were up late. This was my first time to Nantucket and I can't wait for my next stay at Nantucket Resort Collection!! Thank you to John and the staff, can't wait to see you again!

21 Broad offers 27 bright, modern Nantucket hotel accommodations with luxury linens, blackout shades, and a variety of other amenities to appeal to the discerning traveler. A vitamin C shower makes for the perfect remedy for a long day of wandering around Nantucket's historic downtown. Located just two blocks from the Steamship Authority ferry terminal, 21 Broad is in the buzzing center of town.
We loved our stay! We were in room 107 which, for us, was a perfect room. Relatively private but 4 cheery windows and convenient for enjoying the side deck as well as running in and out for jackets or quick changes and bag drop offs etc. The location couldn’t have been better. In town convenience and an easy walk to steps beach, Galley (wonderful for drinks under the tent enjoying the water view!) and Jetties. The hospitality at the hotel was fabulous. Coffee in room and at stations in the hallways, available at all times. A charming and delicious breakfast snack set up in the morning and a BYOB cocktail set up in the evening - with clever as well as traditional mixers, ice etc. - everything but the alcohol needed to make a cocktail to enjoy on the front porch or by the fire on the deck. Thank you to all the staff for a beautiful stay!

THE WAUWINET is situated in between the Atlantic Ocean and Nantucket Bay, The Wauwinet is the island's only Relais & Châteaux hotel. An adults-only escape, it is the stuff of storybook romance. Its grounds are beautifully landscaped, with unmatched views and access to two beaches - one on the ocean and one on the bay. The 33-room inn is a study in luxe comfort, from Pratesi linens to antique furnishings and private sundecks. TOPPER'S, its New American cuisine restaurant, is consistently ranked one of the top in New England. A continual recipient of Wine Spectator's "Grand Award," the restaurant features over 1,400 American and international wine vintages. Guests who want a casual open-air lunch can linger on TOPPER's Deck before ambling out to the beach for sunbathing, a little fishing, or a boat trip. The relaxing and effective menu of treatments features therapies using locally-sourced ingredients.

Seven Sea Street is a beautiful red oak post and beam Inn, designed with an authentic Nantucket ambiance in mind. We invite you to experience our charming Inn, where we pride ourselves on the attentive service and cozy accommodations that will make your stay with us a fond memory. Our location couldn't be better, nestled on a quiet side street and just a short walk from Main Street, Steamboat Wharf, Jetties Beach, and Brant Point Lighthouse.
This is a very quiet location only a few blocks from Steamboat Wharf. The accommodations were clean and comfortable with a tasty breakfast. Private patio provides an outdoor space to relax. The Innkeepers were very helpful to me with suggestions

The Cottages at Nantucket Boat Basin offer a front row view of the island's natural wonder. Enjoy waterfront cottages and lofts with decks and harbor views, kitchens, free Wi-Fi, bicycles, a beach bus and pet friendly accommodations.
You are paying for location with this place. Smack dab in the middle of it all. Walk to everywhere. You are literally on a dock. When you step out of room you are staring at beautiful boats docked at the basin. I'm assuming these places are historic and have been around a while. Floors slanting. Just feels like 1800's kinda place. I would guess its ranked as 3 star hotel. Everything just SMALL and tight. We had a 2 bedroom and I think paid like $1500 a night. Interior decor felt pretty basic. Bathroom is TINY. If we were larger people we couldn't fit in it. But again, these are old places and thats how they were built back then so come with proper expectations. Giving it 4 star due to location which cannot be beat!!!!!

New in summer 2018, Hotel Pippa is the epitome of midcentury flair, timeless style and lively sophistication. Classic Nantucket architecture frames each guest room’s playful, iconoclastic interiors — with worldly attitude and vibrant pops of color. Welcome to your new home base for late nights, spontaneous adventures and a touch of the unexpected. The island’s most seductive experiences are steps from our front door.
Hotel Pippa was the perfect stay; such beautifully decorated, boutique hotel that offered everything you could ask for. The location is ideal and walkable- close to the ferry, shops and restaurants. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable and updated. The staff was AMAZING. From check in, to breakfast and Alexandro’s spicy margaritas (which are a must) - the team made our weekend so special and took care of us every step of the way. We will definitely be back!
