At the edge of Paris, just past the peripheral road. We picked it based on price, closeness to a metro, and the look of the rooms. I had an upper limit of 100€ per night and this was less. We booked rather late for Easter, so since we couldn't find anything meeting my criteria in or close to the center, we looked farther out. At first, I thought it would be far, but it's about a 7 minute walk to the metro and there are also buses, so you are not isolated like you'd think. It takes about 10 min to get to Montparnasse and another 10 min to Les Halles. After long days traveling around Paris, it was like a tranquil retreat. I am happy we stayed here. The room was large (26m), modern, with a kitchenette with utensils and a dishwasher, and a balcony with a table and chairs. We faced the courtyard, so it was very quiet day or night. There is a kindergarten on the ground level, but the double pane windows kept the sounds out. The bed was quite comfortable. Not too hard and not too soft. Same for the pillows. The bathroom had great hot water and strong pressure. Probably because there are full-time residents there. My only complaint would be that the towels were rather thin and old. Some bigger, fluffy ones would be welcome. Other than that, I have to say this is not the right choice if one has mobility problems. The step over into the bathtub is rather high. Montrouge is a pleasant, if boring, safe area. There are a variety of restaurants within 10 minutes and there is some general shopping by the metro. Adagio is just a couple of minutes from a large Monoprix supermarket, which is great because we used the kitchenette to make some meals. Compared with Ibis, which is supposedly budget (well, used to be, this cost less and had bigger (twice the size) and better rooms. Interestingly, the same corporation that own Ibis, Mercure, Novotel, and many more chains, owns Adagio.

I always travel with a UV torch to check the bathroom in hotels and my discovery in this hotel was shocking! Toilet bowl was just full of stains… the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust, meaning it has not been done for a very long time! The hotel was noisy, kids running in corridors very late at night, doors banging all the time. Very badly isolated to be honest. Finally the shower head fell on my head as the shower based became unscrewed ? Bad luck or just bad hotel? I personally would not recommend it

Online it looks OK, live it is different. Instead of writing a lot, I decided to share some pictures I took in my Room: just dirty and ugly. Never again, it is the worst place I have ever been in Paris. Shame on the owners!

Half mile from paris south limit (near porte d'orleans), hotel sixteen is a comfortable option for your stay in the capital or in montrouge, with a direct access to the parisian metro and bus networks.each room includes bathroom, a tv set, a free wifi internet access and climatisation.
I stayed here for a night at the end of a trip because I needed something relatively convenient to both Orly Airport and the Paris City Centre. This hotel fit the bill very well, and it was an excellent value on Choice Rewards points. I was quite early for check in, but my room was ready so I was able to get in. The room was compact but clean and had everything I needed. Water pressure in the shower was adequate, though not amazing. The very south end of Paris Metro line 4 is walkable from this hotel, but I think there is a bus as well. It's not an especially short walk, but it wasn't too bad either. One observation (though not really a negative) is that they discourage the consumption of food in the rooms, BUT they do make up for this by letting you use the breakfast area (outside of breakfast hours) for food consumption, AND they even offered plates and silverware (the real deal - not disposable) without even asking, which I felt was really nice. Yes, there are plenty of food options in the area, but if you're really on a budget, the Picard frozen food store right across the street has some shockingly good and reasonably priced single-serve pasta entrees that you can bring back to the hotel and heat up (the hotel does have a microwave - just ask). I found the service to be excellent here, especially the night manager (I forget his name). Overall, a very good stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice personnel, a very nice experience, quite satisfied and happy by this experience. Deserves its 4 stars. In a very exceptional context: nearby hotels were all reserved for Afghanistan migrants. Also the economic situation was still precarious, few establishments had reopened their doors after the corona-virus decease.

There is no reception before 10 am in the morning ( but they left a cellphone number to customers to call them ).

We stayed here for 3 nights on our Paris trip. Located around 30mins away from city center but metro tram and bus stations are very nearby. So we didn't find it difficult to commute. Rooms are small but very tidy. They cleaned the room everyday. WiFi connection was good. Everyday breakfast was pretty much similar but alright for the price you pay. Not much amenities at the room. No water bottles or tea making facilities. Not even a garbage bin other than the one in the bathroom. Service was good and friendly people. All in all I would say good value for money.

We greeted by an older man who only speak frenchs but quite friendly Its not a fancy looking room but generous size (think its a double or a queen plus a single bed) and clean. The bathroom is also new If you are after budget this accom is perfect It would help the appearance if they oil the floor.

Relatively cheap with good access to Paris center. Rooms small, but tidy. As disadvantage difficulties with communication in other language than French (with exception of one receptionist who we did not see much around). Also smell of cigarettes on corridors.
