Reviewed By David YClient booked and paid for my stay, usually they use another hotel closer to the financial area (Hotel mercure) but this hotel was fully booked for part of my 3 weeks in Mogi. The hotel is clean and friendly, and the staff were always helpful and smiley. The hotel offers very basic ammenities the gym is very small and during my stay too many people were trying to use it. There is no pool or sun bathing area. The room I had was dark and very basic, two single beds, a noisy air con unit, a limited channel TV with no remote control (until my last day) and a shower/WC. As this was my first stay in Brazil i would have accepted this to be a normal standard of room however i know a colleague of mine paying the same price had a suite which sounded much more pleasent. We found nothing of interest in the local area which resulted in us getting Taxis every night back and forward to the restaurants and bars adding 40 Rai to each days expenses On the plus side the internet was WIFI throughout the building and was free to use. After two weeks i managed to get into the Mercure hotel in the area which i would highly recommend. Maybe it is just bad luck that i didnt get a good room but that aside location wise it isnt great and considering my room i would have expected a cheaper price

Reviewed By angelomcbThe rooms are very big, nice to ve after work and relax. The hotel has a small pool. Jacuzzi and sauna are good but you must ask every day to be turned on and wait to be ready to use it. The room has a small kitchen but nothing to eat or cook with.

Reviewed By marcosaX8724HOAcomodação péssima. Tv antiga e sem funcionar. As camas foram improvisadas com Colchões sob sofás antigos. Não tinha toalhas. Nenhuma assistência durante a noite, apenas o atendente na portaria. Jogos de cama com cheiro de mofo. Faltaram travesseiros.

Reviewed By NewWave69When I booked this hotel for a short business trip in July 2018 I expected the very basic level, but unfortunately the hotel failed to provide the necessary amenities. The shower is this plastic electric one that some of the brazilian households have. It is not very reliable in itself and mine wasn´t working (no hot water). The reception manager did not offer me another room, just to pick up my towel and take a shower at the reception area and then return to my room, since shower problem could not be resolved when I complained. Breakfast in the morning was very poor, there is not parking at the hotel, you have to use the one in the building on the same street and it is expensive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
