I stayed in a king room, and there was a lot of open space. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and it had a nice sized flat television, with a full cable channel selection. The bathroom was acceptable, but could use an update. The breakfast room was a good size, and could accommodate a lot of people without an issue. The breakfast had some hot options as well as the standard fair most hotels have. There is a minor inconvenience as there is not a lot of close parking around the building. If you get there late you may be parking in the adjacent lot and walking to the building.

My wife and I attended a concert at the Holly wood Amphitheater and this hotel was within easy walking distance. Our flight arrived early and we were able to check in at 9:00 in the morning which I found to be very nice. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly. The room was ok but the couch was totally sunken in and couldn't be set on. There was also a towel left hanging in the bathroom from ;the previous guest. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

This is a very quiet comfortable place to get a good nights rest. The room was super clean and the bed was one of the best hotel beds I found. Despite the hotel being near a major highway I heard no traffic noise. The room had a huge glass patio door and I expected it to be noisy and or cold. The room remained a perfect temperature. I heard no noise from above or from either surrounding rooms. I did hear loud conversations in the hall but that wasn’t something the hotel could predict. It was just rude inconsiderate guest at 1am. The two negatives that I did find are that the toilet is super low and I felt like a preschooler using it. I’m tall. The second was a smoke detector at the head of the bed that flashed all night. I felt like I was at a disco. I covered up my head and slept fine. The parking was plentiful and I felt safe here. I left super early to catch a flight and asked about it when I checked it. I was told the desk was manned 24/7. I waited about 10 minutes at 3:30 am and couldn’t locate anyone. Left the keys at the desk. I didn’t need it but it’s worth mentioning that breakfast here is for a fee and the restaurant onsite may or may not be open during inclement weather. I’ll use again.

The room smelled like a dead mouse. The a/c unit sounded like a jet engine. The bed was horrible. Breakfast was cold and poor selection. For the amount of money this is not Hilton quality. Moree like Motel 6

We stayed at this hotel and took one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and kitchen, sofa bed. It basically has 1 room for beds and 1 living room or area, kitchen area and bathroom. Good thing is the layout and that it has full kitchen with ref ridge, two head stove, microwave, dishwasher and utensils and plates. Beds are comfortable. Sofa and chair in living area were ok, very slick material. The suite has 2 TVs. Nice and large TVs and we took our Roku stick and hook it to TV to watch our favorite Disney plus movies. Shower was basic and shower head is not that strong. Hotel offered free breakfast which was fine for hot and cold food except only has 2% milk that was in dispenser which frequently was broken. No separate milk. They have cheese but no low fat. Nice of breakfast was oatmeal, cereal, coffee, fruits, scrambled eggs. Bad of breakfast was hard boil eggs very nasty. Hotel offered 1 deep clean once during our 6 day stay and we asked for another cleaning of room and hardly got it. You can leave trash outside your room. Laundry were free with 5 washers & 5 dryers but it cost $3 to buy one load of laundry detergent. Nice thing about hotel has indoor pool (we did not use) and basketball court (one pole), nice picnic area with grilling amenity to use. Staff friendly and house-keeping were extra nice and smiling. Guest service at check in or out were not there all the time.

We stayed here for a family member's graduation celebration. We had an issue that the hotel staff handled perfectly and I want to commend them on their superb hospitality. Donna, front desk manager, was sincere and efficient in her leadership. Tiara and Kenneth Keesee, front desk agents, also assisted us with care and due diligence. Jasmine, lobby attendant, offered a warm greeting and friendly approachability. Housekeeping really stole the show with care and smiles. Our situation could have gone south quickly but I will never forget the positive response and care shown to us. Thank you for giving us warm respite during a family vacation celebration!

Hotel is within minutes of Westport Plaza and 2 casinos. 20 mins. drive to St. Louis downtown/arch.
The entire place was dirty. It looked like old toilet paper on the ground outside and just trash all over the place. Inside looked unkempt. The room was gross. The carpet was worn through, torn, badly repaired, and horribly stained. It looked like vomit stains all over the floor. Definitely not worth even $100/night.

Must be 21 years old to rent a room. Must have a Credit Card to check-in, but can pay cash at check-out.
The start of our stay went well. Jerry was very nice at the front desk. The next morning we were going to go to the zoo and a couple of other things in the STL area. WE almost forgot our phones and went back upstairs to retrieve them. When then found that our room keys were no longer working. We went to the front desk and they gave us new keys. Those also did not work. The hotel staff then tried a master key. This also did not work. They said that they would need to call maintenance in as they had no other way to get inside the room. We had to leave as we had to be at the zoo no later than 7 a.m. for a 5k race. We were assured that the maintenance team would work on our room and it would be ready for us when we can back that evening. We spent the day without our phones which proved to be an issue when we got separated at one point and no way to capture photos throughout our time on vacation this day. We come back to the hotel that evening to find that our keys still did not work. We went downstairs to find a maintenance staff member in the lobby. We explained the situation and he instantly said that it is a deadbolt issue and came upstairs and let us in. I asked how he did this and he said that he used an emergency key to get in. He said that the front desk has one and they could have used it prior to us having to leave for our race, but they don’t like to because they have to complete various paperwork to use it. He then showed us the deadbolt and how it was not working properly, he continued to say that this is a known issue with many of the rooms in the hotel. I asked why there was not any signage on the door or warning labels near the deadbolt explaining this as I am sure this happens often. He shrugged off the question saying he did not have an answer for us. I went downstairs and asked the front desk about a comp for one night based on everything that happened. They instructed me to speak with management in the morning. In the morning I spoke with a manager named Josh. I explained the situation and said that I am requesting a comp of one night since I had an inability to access my room for a full day. He firmly said no and that the best he can do was knock $30 off our bill. That is not even half of what we were paying. I said that is not acceptable as we are paying to be able to enter and exit the room of which we were denied based on known faulty equipment. He said that was not his problem and has offered a solution; of the $30. I then asked for a business card with his name and the corporate office number to escalate the complaint/request. He said his name was Josh (no last name) and that he doesn’t do business cards. He then wrote the corporate number down and I asked for his last name and position. He said he was a manager and then walked back into his room. Corporate asked for his last name as the GM for the location is not named Josh. That Josh may only be a Front Desk Manager. After being on the phone with their customer service team from the corporate office for over an hour I reached a resolution of being comp’d one night by the GM of the hotel. Which is what I asked for in the beginning of this entire issue. Would not stay here again due to this issue. First issue that I have had with a Marriott brand hotel.
