Set in a former post office built in 1928, this upscale hotel overlooking the Singapore River is a 4-minute walk a metro station and 2 km from Marina Bay.
Fullerton Hotel did live up to its good name and we enjoyed the stay at the property. The staff were all friendly and warm, and we had a good experience dining at Town Restaurant too, with a good variety of fusion cuisine + Asian + continental breakfast food to choose from. The Fullerton bears given to us as gifts were also very adorable!

I stayed here for a week during a business trip. Staff was helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The pillows were a little too big for my liking but everything else was fine. It was in a great location to go around.

It went bad from the start bell boy not bothered to help with bags to the point that taxi driver was shocked too but as he was elderly I did not expect or want him to lift 3 bads of 25kg, come to reception and at this point instead of welcoming people the 2 girls were there to literally dispose of anyone at the desk in the fastest amount of time, they did not smile not once. Even when you do a blood test people doing it are usually welcoming but here it was basically give me your money here are the keys now bugger off. It's called hospitality and if you cannot be hospitable enough to greet an person and smile then I suggest go work in a morgue. To top it off walk in the room , what do I find, used slippers, used toilet, used towels , soap, and bins with rubbish. I'd like to remind anyone reading this at this stage I'm being charged $600++ SGD for this privilege. I checked in at 8 30pm so they've had all day to sort a room but all they've achieved is to make a person extremely unwelcome and extremely pissed off. Anyone travelling at the moment would have noticed hotels are going out of their way to emphasise covid cleanliness and now who's to say who was in that toom prior especially since singapore has relaxed covid restrictions. Their Solution move rooms which I was going to anyway and secondly would you like lounge access? Ah no bad food and alcohol do not interest me and as this was the end of a 2 week holiday I was hoping to finish it nicely, but that won't happen. I read the reviews THE TERRIBLE ones on this hotel and it's correct they are all TRUE so I would suggest anyone thinking about staying here to read them and disregard the good ones where people were mesmerised by shiny things and a freebie. You pay good money for good accommodation and you won't get it here. It's a terribly unwelcoming place and for a second highlight tier of accor brand I would have had a better stay and cleaner stay at ibis styles than here. People DO NOT waste your money here. There are multiple other hotels in the better category no doubt in the same area so choose elsewhere

I had a great experience staying here. It’s just a few doors away from the Bencoolen station (Downtown Blue Line). I just need to take the train from the airport to Expo (Green Line) and changed to Blue Line. The location is very strategic with places like Chijmes, Funan Mall, and Bugis just a few minutes walk. There are a lot of eateries and cafes nearby. I had a good sleep because the bed here is very, very comfortable. Room is very spacious too. I’ll definitely be back to this hotel again in the near future.

Highlights are convenience location near city hall, Raffles shopping area, some walks to Suntec ,Bugis and MRT Raffles city. Pick a big higher room like Premier room to get standard comfort room. However, the decoration is just alright & breakfast is too crowded.

I stayed here for 11 days on my own. Great atmosphere and view from my room as well as a solid breakfast every morning from 7-10am. The rooms were clean and tidy and the aircon was powerful. I would say my only setback would have been the noise level as the rooms were not quite sound proof. I stayed in a room near the lift and I heard loud voices and movements whenever people were coming in or out or waiting at the lift. There was also construction of the lift happening on most days (even on a Sat/Sunday) and I heard the drilling and hammering several times of the day. Ear plugs helped to solve most of this issue. The location was superb with easy access through the UBS building to the buses and MRT station along orchard road (3 minute walk to get to the public transport). A local cafe called Killiney was also 3 min walk and convenient for lunch. The reception staff were easy to communicate with and helpful with providing weighing scales and extra towels when required. The swimming pool was peaceful, not crowded with people and clean. The famous fort canning park is just opposite this hotel for walkers and runners or those who want to take in the scenery of Singapore. Overall a very convenient and pleasant spot to stay.

Located along Marina Bay waterfront with 3 cascading hotel towers, 2,560 rooms, extraordinary Sands Sky Park, floating crystal pavilions, lotus-inspired ArtScience Museum, The Shoppes, Celebrity Chef Restaurants, Theatres and hottest nightclubs.
The hotel is huge and connected to a mall. The best part of the hotel is its infinity pool on the 57th floor, the view is just breath taking. We took the city side rooms and it was a great view from the room. The room size is also good for the price you pay. This is the first hotel i have experienced where even kids had their individual key card. Kids felt special when they got their own key cards. the sofa cum bed dint have the best comfort, but was ok. they should have provided with a little more thicker beds. We would feel the springs in the sofa cum beds. The main beds were very comfortable. No complains there.
