Tucked away and just an easy stroll to Margaret River's main street with its diverse range of restaurants, cafes, shops and local parks, yet only one street back from the natural forest and river walking paths - close enough to be part of the action whilst still enjoying the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. Each unit is unique, ranging from a Deluxe Spa suite, to Queen size bedroom units,2 bedroom fully self-contained apartments, all set amongst beautiful gardens. All units have reverse cycle air-conditioners as well as ceiling fans. Off-street car parking is available.
The place is over rated and over priced. Didn't see any staff during our 3 nights stay. The so called kitchenette with a tiny microwave, besides the usual toaster and kettle didn't have any wash basin.

What a wonderful stay we had at Basildene Manor! The staff were so kind and really looked after us. We were even surprised with a parting gift. The breakfast is probably the best à la carte and buffet breakfast we’ve had in all of Oceania. We only spent a couple of days but we loved Margaret River and the Manor is perfectly located. If you enjoy staying in character buildings with a story and everything that comes with that you’ll love this property as much as we did.

A family group travelled to Margaret River as we purchased a deal at Stay. We had not been there before and it was rated a 3 star property. We arrived and check in was easy and the place was set in a lovely forest type setting a short distance from town. We booked a 2 bedroom villa It was older style but very clean and had everything you could have wanted. There was a pool , mini golf and an outside chess set We visited the bar and restaurant twice on our 3 night stay. The bar had a nice fire and felt really homely The restaurant was tapas and we enjoyed it very much We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again

Luxury motel accomodations.
A wonderfully central location accommodation. We had the downstairs standard room which had a courtyard front and back. Beautiful to sit out the back and have a cuppa in the morning. Great place to base yourself for all the winery tours in any other tours, we drive to Augusta and Pemberton. Older style accommodation but nonetheless clean and very accommodating

Just went to Margaret River to catch up with a friend who moved down there. Literally just wanted a clean safe room to sleep in for a few days. I got a cheap room. Small and old decor but bed was comfy, room was clean and staff were wonderful. Free parking. Had split cycle aircon and a bar fridge with tea/coffee items. Excellent location as it is smack bang on the main road. Quite a few coffee places around for breakfast. Coles and woolworths both close if you want to buy food for your room. Perfect for what I required. Also the bar downstairs is always busy in the afternoons so that's a good sign that it's a good place.

Had the pleasure of sharing this space for a girls weekend getaway. The owners are absolutely lovely and what they have created is something special. The studios offer a modern, quiet, comfortable space. Irene does an exceptional job to make your stay hassle free; from the moment you book to when you check out. I had the queen-double bed terrace. It was private and spacious, you have access to your own TV, bar-fridge, coffee machine and hot water jug. The bathroom is huge and the terrace has a little seated-bar stand that overlooks the properties surrounds. The Studios also have access to a outdoor alfresco area that has a bbq and outdoor fire pit as-well as a common lounge and kitchen. Irene does her best to accommodate for anything that you need and she gets it done. Grape Juice offer Thai spa services and I had the pleasure of having a massage and hands down one of the best I have had ! If you are looking for a space that offers quality, privacy and doesn’t break the bank. Highly recommend.
