Didn't know what to expect but loved it!
Reviewed By Boomer SStaid at this hotel recently, while attending a conference as a guest. This was my first trip to China, and the hosts booked us in so I had no idea what to expect. My room was in an "out building" - Building #4 and not in the main hotel, however was pleasantly surprised by the room. Much larger than I expected, with a nice modern bathroom (with heated floors and nice big tub), and nice desk or work area. I also ate one buffet lunch that our host had arranged for us and the food was amazing - one of the best meals I had in the several days in Liuzhou. The hotel is also very close to the river which made for nice casual evening walks along the busy boardwalk and close to many places to eat. Not sure I'll find myself back in Liuzhou but I wouldn't hestitate to recommend the hotel as a good base for this area.

Reviewed By Anthony JMy partner and I and our little boy stayed there for 8 nights at the end of September. The room wasn't very clean overall the toilet broke twice during our stay. We stayed on the 20th floor in suite that had a glass wall as the toilet/shower divider so zero privacy when visiting the toilet. The air conditioning was warm at best. I would rate this hotel below a travel lodge..and in comparison to other hotels in the area quite expensive

Very good location, good standard room and great price
Reviewed By Michael HThis hotel was very central to the CBD. The hotel is well designed, immaculate lobby and the room was good. A little dated in places within the room, but more then acceptable. The lobby was very modern and located on level 3, at first I was confused as there were no signs in English to indicate to go to level 3 for the check in. The ground floor lobby whilst being modern and minimalist in design, was un-staffed. The room was good, very good for the price, I would stay here again over other hotels I have stayed at in Liuzhou.

Reviewed By t1libyaClean and spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice Chinese restaurant. The hotel is next to the conference centre. The location is out of town, around half an hour from airport but the hotel is quite and green.

Reviewed By NATMACHINESure the beds are a bit hard. Yes the room is pretty ok. Yes we can se the Liugong factory and machines again that is ok. But. No one speaks english (except one nice man). Its hard to order anything in English. Its hard to find a taxi. It is hard to move anywhere orher than the hotel without speaking Chinese. They cant order taxis to anywhere like other hotels do. My advice. Find another hotel if you only speak english.

Pleasant Suprise
Reviewed By Michael MWhen I see a hotel in rural China listed as western style I have come to expect this means they have sit down toilets and not much more. This place is much more! I was impressed, its construction is the typical Chinese "built to impress" size, the rooms are spacious and clean, although the carpets could be cleaned. Ordering the room online is was inexpensive at about $38 a night. The staff do not speak English, again to be expected in rural China, so your tour guide or pocket translator are good things to have with you.
