The food was outstanding, the rooms were always clean and ready for our next meeting. I am not sure that it could have been a better experience.

Terrible Service and Rude General Manager
Reviewed By alleciar2020I'm a DIAMOND member and my family stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and they refused to service the room. They claimed due to COVID they don't service rooms until after check out which meant we didn't have our room serviced for 3 days. Mind you if that were the case they would have other COVID precautions in place such as mandating masks for staff and also making sure guests use gloves etc. for the full-service breakfast. I contacted corporate, which was a joke, and the hotel reluctantly cleaned the room for one of the nights. When I talked to the General Manager about my legitimate concerns she was extremely NASTY and RUDE and told me I WASN'T WELCOME BACK! I told her we should've checked out and checked back in to get a clean room which would've been EXTREMELY inconvenient. Essentially guests are penalized for staying more than one night by not getting the room cleaned until check out. Also, I stayed on the top floor of the hotel and there was only ONE elevator so it took 5-10 minutes just to get to the bottom floor. I had family that stayed in other hotels in the area and they had a much more pleasant experience. I would not recommend anyone else to stay here you will get MUCH better service at the area hotels. Diamond Membership is a COMPLETE JOKE! You get water at check-in and that's it!

The room was exceedingly clean as was the rest of the hotel. The outside grounds were immaculate! If I am ever in the area I will definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

On top of that my daughter left her air pods in our room when we checked out...and housekeeping found them and sent them back! Thank you for your honesty!

Reviewed By U7182QDamysThis hotel is currently under renovations. No mention of this was made when we booked the room. The entire building reeked of fresh paint and paint thinner. Our room was clean enough, but the electrical plugs in the restroom were not connected, and there was no TV remote. The breakfast service was suspended, but again we were not told at the time we booked the room. There was no working ice machine or coke machine in the entire building. I was told I could get ice from the hotel across the parking lot. My one regret is that I didn't take pictures. At checkout I spoke with the desk clerk about the charge, the lack of disclosure, and the issues we encountered. So far no discount, or amends, have been given.

Worn down and soiled
Reviewed By setraveler95Place is in need of an update. Worn carpets soiled furniture in the rooms 3rd floor elevator lobby hot stagnant and mildew odor. There are several hotels in the area. Will try another one next trip. No bar or restaurant service after breakfast. Restaurants open all over town but you can’t get anything here.

Our location off I-35 is just 11 miles from DFW Airport. Find great shopping just a mile away at Music City Mall. For fun in the sun, we're three miles from Lake Lewisville and just nine miles from Hawaiian Falls Waterpark. WiFi and breakfast is on us and our pet-friendly suites include kitchens and ample workspace.

Reviewed By carao766We arrived Friday evening with 2 kids in tow around 10:30pm with a paid reservation and confirmation in hand. On arrival, the “supervisor” who wasn’t wearing a name tag and later would only tell us his name was Barry (refused to give his last name) and refused to make eye contact with us as he simply said “no more rooms”. No apology, no explanation, nothing. After asking for a manager, he informed us “the manager left at like 5” and “we have no rooms, sold out” with a shrug of his shoulders. Hands down this was the WORST customer service we have ever experienced in a situation that could have been handled with an explanation and simple apology. We have traveled the world and are avid travelers, we have NEVER been treated with the disrespect and blatant rudeness by any “supervisor”. The ONE AND ONLY reason this didn’t get ZERO STARS is because Zee (Xenaya) finally jumped in to help as much as possible and handled the situation with class and superb customer service considering the circumstances. Kudos to her, she has a bright future in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about her supervisor, Barry…
