Reviewed By 007BexIf you want to know what paradise Looks like come here. The beautiful Tropical garden with a pool and a pretty view makes you relax instantly. We stayed in a Suite with our own Little terrace which was furnished beautifully with love. The room and bathroom were Big and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback was the moldy smell as the climate in this area is very humid. The charming hosts made us feel like we're visiting good friends. Luckily we decided to eat dinner there which is served to all guests at one big table. The Food, heavenly delicious, is prepared by the hosts themselves who even grow their own vegtables and join the dinner showing a lot of interest in each of their guests. Also the breakfast is very good including fresh fruit and pastries. We were very sad when we had to leave this Little Piece of heaven on earth and the lovely hosts.

Reviewed By bartek76Brilliant chambre d'hote that gives you flavour of real life of reunionese people. Very welcoming hosts that go extra mile to make sure that you are happy and satisfied. Our French is non existant and so is their English, but somehow we were discussing very different and sophisticated topics from local traditions, cyclones through football to sharks ;) How? I have no idea. But it worked! Back to detailes: you have full floor at your disposal, not just the bedroom but living room, huge bathroom, separate toilet and gigantic balcony with breathtaking views. There is a lavish breakfast in downstairs dining room (size of large ship!) at a time of your choice and you can have a dinner with host family every evening. This is a perfect way to sample local (and not only) cuisine homestyle and spend hours drinking;) and talking (well, communicating) to hosts. Dinner has to be booked a day in advance, so for first night ask for it while booking. There is no resturants in a walking area so I would recommend it. It is a bit difficult to find but you do no need satnav, just simply print from google map a page with local streets and have fun using it! Go towards Bras de Pontho following signs (it is still France for God's sake) and then use your print out. Hint: it is white painted house at a corner of two local, narrow streets about 500 meters from main road. This is not an all inclusive resort with concierge and butler service and pools with massage;), but if you are looking for a real life Reunion holiday experience close to mountains that this the place to go. They provide everything you need, there is even a small outdoor pool in a back garden next to orange trees.

Reviewed By Cotton BI stayed in this Hotel for a week while I was on a bsiness trip in Tampon for tenure of it's Yearly event Les Florileges. Room was up to my expectation, nice and cosy despite next to the main road, it was just comfortable and very relaxing. Very good selection of food items for Breakfast, did not eat dinner as was dining out most of the time with Partners and friends. I am a Hotelier and will be there again sometime next year and I highly recommend this Hotel to future guests BTW Loved the Parot in it's cage nearby the Reception Area.

Reviewed By 405larissasWe only stayed for one night, but we wished to stay longer! Marie is a lovely person and prepared a perfect dinner and breakfast for us. We had a nice room on the first floor with a great view, very clean and comfortable! This is definitely the best guesthouse of our trip! If you want to book a room, please do that directly and not via booking, to give Marie the chance to save the agency fee. You can really trust her!

Reviewed By bashalUn moment inoubliable avec Aliette et Edmond. Le charme est au rendez-vous. La chambre est joliment décorée, la vue sur Saint-Pierre est magnifique, le calme vous attend. N’oublions pas les repas confectionnés avec amour par Aliette et Edmond. On y déguste la vraie cuisine créole : tout est bon. Les hôtes sont très attentionnés. Cet endroit porte admirablement le nom qu’ils lui ont donné. Merci encore à tous les deux pour ces moments magiques.

Reviewed By XrexorDie Lage war an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße abseits des Zentrums (Zimmer trotzdem ruhig) - in Gehweite gibt es eine Pizzaria, sonst eher wenig. Wunderbar ist die Lage aber für einen Ausflug zum Piton de la Fournaise (unbedingt einplanen!!!). Hatten das komplette Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses für uns, weil das zweite Schlafzimmer in diesem Geschoß nicht vermietet war - sonst müsste man sich das Bad/WC teilen. Großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet - riesiges Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche - unglaublich freundliche Gastgeberin, sehr hilfsbereit! Autoabstellplatz im eingezäunten Grundstück.
