Secure place of abode in Ilorin
Reviewed By rowlandolasunkanmiaif you need a good and cost-effective hotel in Ilorin, Savanah hotel is a place you should consider. The hotel is clean, secure and in a good location. If you want a quiet place, ask for the hotel annexe in GRA. the Savannah annexe is not big but in a more secure environment. the complementary breakfast is not a fantastic breakfast, but manageable. you can ask for more option if you are ready to pay for the breakfast

Reviewed By MgdaleneIThe E Phoenix hotel in Ilorin Kwara state Nigeria has many blocks in the main place and the annex. All rooms are well tagged. Mine room 143 was tagged covenant room. The rooms are nice and neat. There was light and hot water throughout my stay. The receptionist named Daniel was very helpful. I highly recommend this place staying in Kwara for visit.

Reviewed By honeymix22The hotel is beautiful and clean which is the most important factors for me. I was a bit sceptical but wasn’t dissatisfied after all. I was in Ilorin for a night, the staffs were really friendly and helpful. I stayed on the 2nd floor and the water pressure was really good. Good ambience overall

Reviewed By NicholdaveI had stayed with a friend who was a guest at this hotel. The room was nice, but kitchen services could get better. It seems they don't stock up provisions, so the meal may take a bit longer if they have to go get it nearby. Nice quiet environment.

Reviewed By Nina GDirty sheets, roaches, musky, cold shower-the water heater wasn't working, and customer service 3/10. My room was very dark because one of the lights was out and the staff couldn't fix it. I understand that it is a very small and "rural" area but there are other cleaner, more modern hotels in the area for the same price, don't waste your time here.

Reviewed By AmaraaLoisThe food and rooms doesn't offer value for money spent. There should be improvement in their overall service; get a valet maybe to help with luggages right from the entrance. Also, there's just one small bar soap and cream in the bathroom.
