Reviewed By jokl78Good location resort. We asked for the chalet that is close by to the reception and we got it. Many thanks for the arrangement. Front desk staff is super friendly. Tour arranged by resort is superb too. The nature guides are very good too. Chalet is quite old. Toilet is abit dirty but we are happy with it. Very comfortable. AC is working good and the mini fridge is working fine too. Food serve at the restaurant needs improvement. Breakfast not that good. But with the price that we paid, it's OK lah. A must visit for a quick getaway from city life.

We provide air-conditioned rooms which neat and clean. The room also attached with a shower room/toilet. Our location close to town and the entrance to the National Park. We also offer a package of activities with a licensed guide at an affordable price.

Reviewed By WattsWorldClean and comfortable and just a five minute walk from the jetty/town centre. The family who own the property are extremely friendly and went the extra mile by allowing us to leave some items with the whilst we explored Taman Negara. Parking was available and it is a 200-300m walk to a great breakfast place on the corner of the road. We would definitely stay again!

Reviewed By kaki5917Stayed there two nights in an individual chalet, good quality for the price payed. Just out of the village coumpound, very quiet; Highly recommend the chalet with air con. The owner lives on sit with her family, very friendly.

Basic but ok
Reviewed By Frank HRooms are pretty basic. There’s AC, hot water and Wi-fi. Didn’t have much dealings with the owner, they welcomed us when we arrived, although we did have to ring them as there is no reception to check in to, but didn’t see them again. If you’re staying in the area you’ll know you’ll need to bring cash as there are no ATMs here. Also the hotels mainly accept cash too so remember to factor this in.

Great experience of the jungle
Reviewed By 463ludovictWe have spent 3 days at MUSA camp with my 9 year old son. That was an amazing experience, due to the LOCATION and the SERVICE of the hotel staff: MUSA is located into the jungle at the river side, 15 minutes by car from Kuala Tahan. The view at MUSA is incredible. To access the bungalows, we have to cross a suspended bridge above a smaller river, we feel like an Indiana Jones movie. We hear all the noise of the jungle. The bungalow are simple, with airco, fan and hot water. The restaurant proposes all typical Malaysian dishes and have the best view of Taman Nagara. We can access to the river, and swim like in a swimming pool, water is clean and safe. The SERVICE of the staff is fantastic. First they are always available to bring us by car to Kuala Tahan and to bringing back. So there is no need of a car to stay in the hotel. Kuala Tahan is a bag packer city where there is absolutely nothing to do except the start of the tours and the access to the national park. Then they organise all the boat tours and trecks we asked for the same price than the Kuala Tahan agencies. At NUSA we ask for fishing, they give us 2 fishing rods with hooks and chicken. We could fish and make a fire at the river, a great experience for city people like us! At least, the last evening I ask for a blow pipe for my son and the boss manages to get one from the local jungle village... A fantastic experience that we will not forget. I definitely recommend.
