''Really Disappoint''
Reviewed By PHORS999I booked 3 Rooms, One of those rooms Special RQ for Weeding Anniversary and the booking.com confirmed as Hotel will arrange for no extra charge, we don't care about extra charge as we feeling to pay extra but when we C/I the staff said they didn't arrange nothing. Really Really Disappoint. On C/O day I forgot One T-Shirt Original in Bathroom and I come back to take it and Reception called to asked Room attendant said she found it. But they not placed it Lost and Found Reception Counter. And the Reception told me can come back take it latter as they will call me but they never call me until I go back to take it night again as they said busy but not true.

Reviewed By grigisStayed with my wife for 2 nights on our way to Phnom Penhn and back to Thailand.Nice and very helpful english speaking guys in reception.Basic but clean double room with air con.(15 USD per night)Good location.2 min walking to nice local pub for breakfast on the street corner.Also close to some local shops.Would recommend!

Not found much anymore on mainland Cambodia! Usually you need to go off to the islands to find this kind of experience. The bungalows on the beach are simple, but offer amazing views. The water is clean, the owners are wonderful and some nice bar food. I’m a fan of there mango cocktail! I’m the kind of person who likes to sit down and read a book on a hammock. If you like that also, then this is your place. I’ll Definitely be back!!

Reviewed By SThearyWe had a lovely stay there. Relaxing atmosphere, good service. ATV trip is a must try , amazing ride experience on the island with beautiful Sok San beach view. Mr Alex was very helpful, we stuck on the way and he help us arrange car to pick us back to the resort .

Reviewed By sunhongheangNice room. Big parking space. Nice view from the window. You can see the Koh Kong bridge very clearly and nicely. One thing that really bothers me is the staircase and no elevator. Imagine if I was drunk that night, I might not was able to go to my room. Lol

Un peu loin du centre mais hotel parfait
Reviewed By Corinne LHotel sympathique avec des chambres assez grande et très propre. Patron de l'hôtel très gentil et très arrangeant comme le personnel. Seul bémol loin du centre et pas facile qu'un taxi vienne vous chercher. Le pourquoi? un péage aller et retour pour passer le pont, pas très cher pour un scooter (1400*2) mais plus cher pour une voiture (5200*2). Du coup le prix du taxi est plus cher. En tout cas sachez que l'hôtel peut prêter leur scooter pour se rendre en ville diner ou visiter. Et ça c'est le top! Petit déjeuner correct.

This is a beautiful hotel on the Tatai River, just next to the bridge. Bright new and comfortable rooms, designed, fully equipped and with stunning views of the River. 5 minutes from the casino, and beaches. Fresh Mediterranean food restaurant and the perfect place to hang out for a cocktail at sunset.

The restaurant is supposed to be open at 5pm. It’s now 5.35pm and they are just setting up. The service is some of the worst i have seen. A waiter came over to take our order and had his mobile phone ringing away. As i tried to order, he took the call and was blatantly talking away to a friend. Next thing, me and my wife are asked to move tables for no obvious reason. I could continue with paragraph after paragraph but the point i am trying to make is...stay away. I doubt any management will even read this or take into consideration how bad their service is.

Reviewed By qingx209I want to stay there more. Natural place we can have a amazing dinner at the big pool, beautiful bridge, many tree around our room. I hope I can come to visit there again. Best resort for someone who love natural place. Highly recommend!

Shockingly rude receptionist
Reviewed By Donna LThe rooms were old, musty. Fly screens were broken, aircon remote did not work. There were dead roaches in the room and outside. There was also large moss stains in places from water leaks. The place is in need of an upgrade. The receptionist was the rudest person. He had his face in his mobile phone even as he showed us the rooms. He kept complaining under his breath and insisted that there were no rooms with aircon available as they were all 'broken.' When I spoke to his boss via phone, he then showed me a different room, but upon sitting on the bed and finding it wet, I lifted the sheets to find that the mattress was wet and the sheets had been placed over it, thus causing large black stains to form. My friend who had a different room also found the mattress covered in dark mildewy spots and other stains. I therefore do not recommend this place.
