When stated you'd like desert, your told to order, whilst still chewing the main course and 1/2 plate unfinished. When questioned 'what is ....' a blank look and they ask guest at next table to come over!!

The interior is modern, still include a tub Only place that could do a bit better is the breakfast. Only 1-2 staff present speak English, the rest just says yes and your orders are not given to the kitchen. There is an open kitchen where egg dishes are made, but the person standing for it often is elsewhere. Not sure if it's because they try to safe money but guests have to make their own coffee from a similar mashines you finde at a 3* hotel, but if you catch the English speaking waiter you can get a real handmade cappuccino. They have sausage and bacon, but no scrambled eggs and the cook doesn't know what it is. So for a 5* hotel expect a 3* hotel breakfast experience

I always get the best most expensive room and I can tell you it is filthy ! FOOOOOO !! The " throw rug " carpeting throughout the room has never been takin out and it is filthy nasty. The took away the free water but the glasses are still in the room. The coffee in the room, gone ! They did not even clean this room one day I was here. They say that the free buffet breakfast is gone because of Covid-19, but you can order one item. Although there are cakes and bread yogurt still out they took away the toaster ! The simple truth is business is down and there cutting expenses in every way possible. Even the "bar girl" does not use her mask nor does she wear gloves and she serves the food and prepares it. Wow ! And the cakes and pastry are covered so EVERYONE spreads Covid who touches the lids ! The grounds outside are filthy and littered with cig butts etc..Total opposite of what they should be doing ! Yes they saved 5 dollars cutting expenses just on me but I am checking out as soon as I secure another hotel room. So they will lose three nights tariff from me now, plus I will never return..

Very helpful staff, complementary breakfast, comfortable room, and quiet location, what's not to like here. I was not able to pay with credit card but walked back to bus stop on Gagarin Avenue and used Privat Bank ATM to get money and had no problem.

Breakfast is served in your room and no bar or restaurant in the hotel. They offered a good pick up service from trainstation and airport.

The Hotel has comfortable beds and a great amenities in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Kharkiv

Reviewed By ivo_divoI stayed one week in The Hotel and I really enjoyed during my visit there. It's very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Absolutely worth it for the price which is offered. Apart of that the metro station is very close and easy access to go to the centre of the city.

Reviewed By Larissa90876Приехала погостить в Изюм. Просмотрела отели, почитала отзывы и решила остановиться в Отеле Марс на три ночи. Во-первых, когда убрала покрывало, увидела чёрные короткие волосы на постели (явно не мои). У меня закрадывается вопрос: постельное менялось? Во вторых, невозможно спать, так как все очень хорошо слышно: боулинг, клубную музыку до 3 часов ночи, а также о чем говорят соседи за стеной и что происходит в коридоре. В третьих, холодильник есть, но нет к нему розетки)))) И ещё один факт: за эти три дня - постель не застилали, душевую и умывальник не мыли и мусор не выносили. Ещё один вопрос: так чем же отличается отель от обычной съёмной квартиры/комнаты?! 550 грн./сутки этого не стоили! К персоналу и завтраку претензий нет!!! Пожалуйста, рассматривайте мою критику как возможность улучшиться! Спасибо!
