Does time ever pass in the Florida Keys? Everyone and everything in Key West seems to go at its own pace, right down to the ice melting slooooowly in your margarita glass. Of course, it’s not all limes and leisure – Key West is known as the “Winter White House” because of its appeal to visiting U.S. presidents, and the island has been home to literary greats like Ernest Hemingway and Tennessee Williams. The diving here is phenomenal, as is the kid-friendly Florida Keys Eco-Discovery Center.

Loved everything about this place. Beautifully maintained historic mansion. Staff attentive and so friendly. A special shout out to Anne Marie who took care of us pool side. The pool has a spectacular view of the water. Our room in the Lopez House was an absolute dream.

The brand new Havana Cabana Key West sits waterfront in Key West, a destination steeped with charm and character. Taking nostalgic influences from the art and culture of our neighbors in Cuba, the Cabana is a lush escape from reality. Mid-century cars greet resort guests as they arrive, birds of paradise punctuate the outdoor landscape, and the sweet sound of Flamenco guitar can be heard poolside. Relax and unwind with a midday mojito or explore the town on a bicycle or vintage Vespa, as you indulge in the marriage of old Havana's soul and the playful nature of our island setting.
Amazing driver Val was awesome. The trip to and from the hotel were fun and story filled. Great tips about places to eat and where you can see the great sunsets and seafood restaurants. The hotel staff was awesome but our driver Val was the best. We love key west every year we come. 2021-2021.

Oceans Edge Resort & Marina Key West is the newest Florida Keys hotel, and the largest in Key West. Featuring 100% ocean views, six amazing pools and the best restaurant in Key West, you have everything here to enjoy an exhilarating Key West escape. There's immediate dockside access to the Gulf and the Atlantic's innumerable wild islands, channels, sand bars, wildlife, and, minutes away, the world's third largest barrier reef. Oceans Edge Key West is family built, run and operated-we are locals with a passion for conserving this beautiful island, and with a vision for creating a bigger, better, more authentic slice of paradise! As you enter Oceans Edge Key West, our dense, tropical flora will enchant you. Overlapping palm fronds cast patterns of dappled light all around. The scent of coconuts, key limes and orchids fill the air. Within, the world seems to fall away. Behind green leaves stands a white, wood facade. Our all-new resort was built with signature Key West conch architecture that combines Caribbean and Victorian influences, complete with gingerbread moldings and large porches-done right. Step into every spacious room or suite and the first thing you'll see is a view to die for. When you can tear away your gaze, you'll also find a king/queen bed like a cloud, and thoughtful décor that speaks to the island's nautical history and local artistry. Right outside your balcony, six turquoise pools twinkle in the Caribbean sun. You'll always find room poolside-just one of the pleasures in our well-appointed resort! Beyond the pools lies a newly renovated marina, where majestic boats sit calmly in glassy waters. We're proud to be the premier boating destination in the United States. After the marina comes the deepest layer of all: a great shimmering ocean stretching to the horizon and beyond. Located in the town's water-centric Stock Island neighborhood, Oceans Edge Key West boasts acres of deep-water access, an onsite marina, onsite access to fishing charters and six oceanfront pools. We are your key to a luxurious seaside escape. And when you dry off, explore the Stock Island part of town, which The New York Times calls "the new old Key West." There's an authentic Keys vibe to the neighborhood, home to local fishermen, the Key West Symphony Orchestra, Tennessee Williams Theatre, artist studios, a golf course, and outstanding bars and restaurants. And it's just minutes to Key West's historic Old Town, offering easy access to the vibrant culture that has been drawing guests for decades.
I want to commend Sandy Wenzel. She is an amazing front desk representative of oceans edge. The resort is beautiful. I highly recommend it. If you don’t want to be smashed in the bar scene in Key West. Having a car really is a good idea. The suites are gorgeous. The Keylime coladas are to die for. The best in the world. You’ve probably read that the planes are extremely noisy overhead. And that is very true. I don’t know how you can get around that. Because you can’t move the resort or the planes. If you want to have a relaxing hotel. With good customer service, as Sandy did for us, give it a try. Especially in the summer when the rates will be less.

From a luxe sea of soft neutrals and warm rattan accents to ocean and garden views, you’ll find the island’s charms continue from outside in when the beach is your front yard.
Hotel is nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and the shuttle drivers are fabulous. Ryan was our shuttle driver twice - he was great! This is hotel is not in the main Duval Street area but that was a plus for us as it was nice to be away from the noise and action but have the shuttle services to get there and back.

Tucked in Historic Old Town on Key West’s serene Atlantic Coast lies an oasis in the middle of the party. A short walk from the eclectic shops, famed nightlife, and signature architecture of Duval Street, the Southernmost Beach Resort offers an island retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Where tradition meets modern luxury, you’ll find lush garden pathways, endless sea views, sandy beaches, and us—on this quaint stretch of America’s Southernmost point.
We recently stayed here and paid a premium for a "partial ocean view balcony two queen" room. They were correct - it was only a partial view of the ocean. Basically the balcony faced the other building with the ocean at one end and a parking lot at the other. There is no privacy between the balconies, so you are right next to your neighbor with no partition and only a banister between balconies. The chickens are loud. Most of the time all pool lounge chairs were taken. They did have good parking and the black-out shades were great. We also like the Wolfgang Puck Coffee. I just believe that when I'm spending almost $1k per night, I should see more of the ocean and have a bit of privacy. We will not be staying here again.

Experience the eclectic and sophisticated charm of Key West with out the hustle & bustle of a large hotel at the Santa Maria Suites Resort. Barely a block from Duval Street and the Atlantic Ocean, the Santa Maria is an elegantly refined all suites hotel designed for the discriminating traveler.
Wonderful stay at the Santa Maria Suites. Close to Duval Street. We walked to everything. Close to many excellent restaurants. The concierge booked anything that we wanted to do and were so kind. Also, had recommendations for restaurants. Great trip! I would definitely stay here again when I visit Key West.

First of all, I want to thank each and every staff member that works in that hotel, because you can tell they are what make this place shine!! Yes, the hotel is relatively new, but the place is immaculate. The halls smelled so good! The rooms are beautiful and spotless! Our housekeeper Janneth, made sure we had everything we could possibly need. From check in to check out, it was an entirely pleasant experience. Even the continental breakfast was more than I expected. I will definitely come back and stay at The Capitana every time I visit Key West!

Welcome to life on the edge! Begin your adventure at Zero Duval Street, located at the tip of the Florida Keys and far from conventional life. The ideal blend of luxury and colorful island charm - defined as "barefoot elegance" - is found at this Key West hotel. Begin your vacation with four-diamond dining or a spa indulgence, explore the local shops and attractions and return for your front-row seat overlooking the Gulf of Mexico at Sunset Pier's evening celebration.
Ocean Key is by far the BEST place to stay in Key West. From check in to check out, you are treated exceptionally by everyone on staff. All the extra amenities and personalized treatment make your stay beyond 5-Star. Here you are at the center of all that Key West offers yet when you are inside the resort or sitting outside by the pool, you feel relaxed and away from it all. It's the best of both worlds! The rooms have fun decor, are very clean and comfortable, everyone on staff will go above and beyond for you, Hot Tin Roof has a great breakfast and dinner, and April and her crew at Liquid will keep you HAPPY!

Uncover the vibrant culture of the island at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Key West at The Keys Collection. Our Key West, Florida hotel is conveniently located just 1.6 miles from Key West International Airport, your Key West vacation begins the moment your plane lands. When you're ready to relax, take a moment to yourself in our hotel rooms and suites outfitted with complimentary Wi-Fi, mini-refrigerators and microwaves.
We’ve almost always had good/great stays at Fairfield Inns. This one was less than par. The grounds and property are very dated and sadly in need of upkeep and general cleaning. The walkways and pool deck are peppered with chicken poop! I realize the chickens and roosters are protected species in KW, but at least clean up after them. We reserved a garden view room, and we’re given a room on the parking lot. Fortunately we were accommodated after complaining. The breakfast was also less than desirable. The only “hot” option was prepackaged sandwiches that were soggy and warm, at best. I will say that the desk staff were all very friendly and helpful when we had questions. The shuttle to Duval street was convenient and the drivers were friendly with helpful tips. I am a loyal Marriott customer, but I will not book at this sight again.
