Reviewed By nithi2015The roof top provide by this hotel is very good.It is not so much crowded.only problem we faced about the music because it is play from the MTV beats channel,so that every time the same music is comming. They are providing excellent food and Snacks with a veritey of snacks of chicken and cheese. All the staffs are very helpful to make us enjoy and happy,we are around 15 members including ladies and gents. The manager also helps a lot to select the food and snacks. We are much impressed with service and surely recommend or friends and family to have some enjoyment here. Due to this covid time also the staffs are very helpful with there limits by wearing the masks. One suggetion please provide a same color masks to staff all are wearing different color and designs. Once again we all are thankful to the management and staffs.For the pic its not clear to provide.

My stay with them was an experience that I will cherish for quite sometime. If you're planning on visiting Kochi for brief trips, I would strongly recommend you check out this place.

Reviewed By SandeepBalajiUsed this hotel only for a couple of hours. Basic. Decent and all amenities were provided. Just had a trouble with mosquitos and we are to blame since the window was left open. Good for a quick one or two night stay if you have work in Kakkanad. Super cheap.

It is also a rare location in the city which is free from pollution. Our spot is well connected by city road network with public and private transport facilities. free WiFi throughout the property. Providing a shared lounge, the property is located within 6 km of Infopark. The accommodation features free shuttle service, and buying tickets for guests. Speaking Arabic and English, staff are ready to help around the clock at the reception. Sunrise Hospital is 2.5 km away while Cochin Park is 1 km from the property. Kochi International Airport is 15 km away. Aluva Railway station is 4 km from the property. Government medical college is 1 km and National University of Advanced Legal Studies is 0.5 km from the accommodation.
Rs1300 per night for AC double room
Reviewed By JUnniMorganPro Clean room. Friendly staff. Payment at hotel. Breakfast available. Cons No internet the first 2days of 3night stay. No hot water. No room service. No house keeping. Construction work right outside. Full price for the upgraded room. No online payment For standard room. AC/ Non AC options were not clearly stated while booking (MakeMyTrip), but upgrade to AC was possible at the hotel. The price was 1300per night as opposed to 787 per night i was able to avail online (542 discount). Disappointed with the price (standard double room Rs900, AC double room Rs400 extra) don't think any of the discounts were applied. Only payment at the hotel was available so other discounts or cash-free payment was not possible. The AC room was on the first floor as part of newly furbished apartment in the nearby building. Hot water was not available in the bathroom in that building. Included Breakfast was good- appam/ porotta/ chapathi/ idiyappam (one of two per morning) with chickpea curry/paneer curry was served in a very homely dining room opposite reception. Bottled water was supplied on the first day and provided on request the second, was told to make use of the water filter in the dining room there after. Room was clean, though the bed sheet was a bit stained- looked like ink. TV with free channels in the room. There was building works outside. Towels a small bottle of shampoo and one single bar of soap was provided for Two people for 3nights. No housekeeping or room service. Internet didn't work the first two days as the network cable was disconnected from the router- which was fixed only after 2days of stay even though we had asked about it the first night. Location is conveniently close to medical college kalamassery, kerala start up mission, science park etc. However its not in the town, some shops around, but couldn't find any nice restaurants for lunch/dinner close by. 30mins to kalamassery metro.
