Reviewed By Poery Bthis kind of shariah hotel that needs to show marrital certificate if you come along with your spouse. the room was clean, they have shop in front of the hotel, not too far from main train station. easy to get everywhere, it was rather difficult for us to checked in, we didnt bring our marrital certificate, and unfortunately both our ID address were different each other

Reviewed By Trisnanti_WidiOverall, the stay was great.. the place was cozy, breakfast was delicious, the staff were helpfull. one bonus point is they have coffe maker to make coffee latte, esspreso and many more for breakfast.

The only one three stars hotel & convention with unique, artistic & friendly. Ideally Located in the centre of Jombang city, just 80 km (90 Minutes) from Surabaya or Juanda international Air port.Yusro Hotel has 106 rooms, stylishly appointed guest rooms and suites namely : Superior,Deluxe Room,Deluxe Plus,Executiv Suite,President Suite,Royel Suite.
The Biggest Doesn't Mean The Best
Reviewed By indrakarijantoMaybe it's 1 of the biggest hotel in Jombang city, but definately not automatically made them the best. Quiet pricey for a (small) city like Jombang. Although the room's clean enough, but they could use a lot more good maintenance to be the best hotel in Jombang. The AC in our room is not cold enough, there're some leak in the bathroom. Before we leave the room at 9am, we ask the staff to clean up the room, but when we get back at 15pm the room still not cleaned yet. The room's cleaned at 15.30 so we couldnt rest very well at that time (& the cleaning process also couldnt give the best result). The swimming pool looks like a swamp, the water is green with slime above the water. The wifi? I guess we're lucky enough that they already have wifi, although the quality's below poor level The breakfast actually quiet good, various choices of food.

There was foul odour came from the bathroom and the shower head in our room fell of as well.. Our room was very dusty as well :( Breakfast was OK though there werent much of a selection Such a shame for a great hospitality provided by the staffs

Great location but could be a lot better
Reviewed By gwynforseniorThis was my second stay here. The hotel has a great location in the centre of the city (as the name suggests) but set back round a courtyard so the rooms are quiet. There’s a recently opened new wing, with some ‘Standard Deluxe’ rooms that are clean and have good beds, bathrooms and AC. Furnishings are otherwise basic, with nowhere to hang clothes and no mirror in the bathroom. Meanwhile hot water and WiFi are erratic, and breakfast pretty notional - I was refused a second glass of tea at 9.30 am on the grounds that everything was closed. These shortcomings are a shame, because with a bit more attention to detail, this could easily be the #1 choice of Jombang hotels.
