The service from the hotel was impressive. They called us beforehand to check for any requirements, changed our room without question when a window would not close properly and called us again post visit to ensure we enjoyed our visit. All staff are friendly and helpful, particularly some of the breakfast team. The breakfast itself is a varied and enjoyable buffet. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel has a nice feel about it. The Old City and Yehuda market are within an easy 15 minute walk and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and eateries nearby. Overall a great base and place to stay if visiting Jerusalem.

Designed by the world famous architect of the Empire State Building, the hotel offers a blend of old world charm, friendly hospitality, art works and architectural wonders, together with modern, comfortable accommodations to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay in this remarkable city. The external facade of the hotel bears intricate sculptures and inscriptions in English, Arabic and Hebrew reflecting the YMCA's historical role as a meeting place and a spiritual haven in this intense and ancient city. The beautiful gardens and lawns, graceful shade trees, and stone pathways around the hotel are open for our guests' strolling pleasure. The hotel's public areas feature high-ceiling halls and walls often lined with colorful modern works of Israeli and Palestinian artists. The elegant Archibald C. Harte Restaurant restaurant serves culinary delights to our guests, with its garden terrace a delightful oasis in the midst of the city on sunny days and mild evenings. That same sense of tranquility pervades the hotel's rooms and suites, where guests may relax and gather their strength for days of sightseeing or meetings in bustling Jerusalem. The ancient Jaffa Gate, main entrance to the fascinating walled Old City, is just a few minutes' walk away, as are shops, vibrant cafes and restaurants as well as the cultural attractions and night life of the modern metropolis. Three Arches Hotel awaits your arrival, at the very heart of Jerusalem, where peace and quiet reigns, with a pervasive sense of welcome and well-being.
This place is not your grandfather’s YMCA. Well, it may have been built when he was around but that’s about it. Beautiful inside and out and very convenient to old town and restaurants and shopping. Great service too. Definitely we recommend this place.

My Daughter got married in Jerusalem at Menschim Begin Museum. Inbal was 5 minutes walk. Also only 15 minutes to Mamilla Mall and entrance to the Old City. This Hotel meets every expectation, snd my wife and I travel a good bit. Modern, clean, nice sized rooms, excellent services, great staff, shops, pool, great dining setting and food, and reasonably priced. You can’t beat it for a choice. The neighborhood the hotel is in is also nice looking and safe.

Our newest hotel in Jerusalem, is located in the heart of the city near the historic Bezalel Academy and steps from the famous Mahane Yehuda market. The 37-room hotel is housed in a restored landmark building on which a modern six floors addition was added and is entirely dedicated to Israeli culture and design.
My husband and I spent 2 nights here in May 2022. We stayed at another Atlas hotel in Tel Aviv and enjoyed our stay there as well. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 "stars" is because the bathroom was so small, my 6'3" husband barely fit in the shower, and the bathroom is in the middle of the hotel room without any windows, so it gets super hot and humid (good luck trying to dry your hair!) Our bed was large and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful in finding us an incredible driver/tour guide to take us to the Dead Sea. The hotel has a cute little patio out front, the wifi works well, and you can take some great sunset pics from the rooftop. This hotel has a daily happy hour which is great for getting a snack after a long day of wandering around Jerusalem. Our room also had a fridge which was convenient for keeping an extra bottle of wine and snacks. You can walk to almost anywhere in Jerusalem from this location, although if it's really hot, you might want to cab. Download the Gett app so you can pay via credit card and have the taxi meet you at the hotel entrance. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great 3 day stay in early June. It is a beautiful hotel - the rooms are immaculate and renovated, and the level of service is fantastic. We were especially impressed by the breakfast and the service of the staff. A special mention for Hamza who is fantastic and can never do too much to improve the breakfast experience.

Harmony Hotel Jerusalem is located in the heart of Jerusalem at Nahalat Sheva, which is one of the first neighborhoods that was built out of the old city’s walls at the end of the 19th century. This Jerusalem Hotel is Atlas’ latest boutique hotel. Twenty five years ago Nahalat Sheva was the subject to a complete restoration by the city’s municipality and today it is full of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
I arrived here on Jerusalem day with my 7 year old daughter , and needed to get to a wedding far away. There were no taxis, trains or busses to get to the venue. Mor who was the most kind helpful person managed to find a taxi driver to come and collect us. She went above and beyond - if not for her we would not have gone to the wedding. She is a real life super hero !! Me , and my family thank you for what you did Mor.

There are 3x Leonardo hotels in Jerusalem. I can't speak to the others, but our stay at the Leonardo Boutique on Monbaz Street was excellent. It's very conveniently located - we walked all around Jerusalem and to the old city from there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, and the hotel's breakfast is STELLAR. Book it and enjoy your trip. Bonus - there is limited, but free parking in the hotel's garage.

After 3 years of not being able to travel we returned to the Mamila Hotel in Jerusalem where we were greeted like royalty. The hotel was spotless. Our room was very clean and freshened up very well twice daily. We had 2 wonderful dinners in the hotel. One at Happy Fish and the other at the Rooftop Restaurant where the view of the old city is spectacular. The food in both of the restaurants was beautifully presented and delicious. The staff everywhere in the the hotel were so polite and always wanting to please.,especially the people working in Reception, Mark, Alessandra ,Rachel and Faoud. Everyone working in the hotel went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. We look forward to returning to the Mamila Hotel again next year. Debbi Nathanson

Jerusalem is full of rude people and insanity. Fortunately, the people who run this hotel have created a safe haven from such negativity. Whether i needed ice, a cab ride, or local suggestions, they took great care of me and my friends who stayed there. It is an old building, but the upkeep has it looking new and very clean. A nice escape off the main road that is full of angry honking drivers; i slept great in my room. If you have to visit this city, stay here. It is within walking distance of everything. For anything further, they have free bikes you can borrow, or they will call you a friendly cab driver (a rarity in that town not to be underappreciated).
