Terrible customer service & outdated hotel

It’s shame because they have magnificent beautiful buildings, but the rooms are outdated & the customer service is terrible. Our room is huge, but not clean & furniture is running down. They didn’t have it stock with towels & toiletries. Had to call the front desk & wait for at least 30 mins b4 we get the towels. We booked it only so we can use the pool, but the pool was closed that day & won’t open until next day which is the day of our checkout. Asked Naury to give us one hour as a late check out to enjoy the pool next day, especially that we did not check in until 5:00pm. She said NO without even trying to accommodate us. Non of the staff we met yesterday speaks English. They didn’t even offer us to have the bell boy helping us with the bags. Nothing is worth staying in such a hotel. That’s it I learned my lesson, oh & the checking in took forever the front desk was so slow & does not know what she is doing & finally gave us the key didn’t even bother to explain to us anything re: breakfast, wifi, amenities, etc

Reviewed By 168martinakI have stayed at Ramada hotels quite often in the past, was always very pleased with the chain and did not think I could go wrong in Iskenderun either. We booked for 3 nights but stayed only one. The room was clean but the closet was falling apart with a large hole in the back wall and so narrow that it was impossible to close. The window blinds were so noisy that we almost fell out of bed when the neighbors closed or opened theirs. There was bascially no sound absorption between the rooms, you heard everything your neighbors said word for word. Due to the hole in closet you could even smell the cigaret smoke from next-door. The internet did not work well and the safe did not work at all, even after the technicians had a go at it. Breakfast was very poor quality and the breakfast room itself was like a cafeteria. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Comfortable, clean, silent
Reviewed By Eren KI arrived late in the night and it was easy to find. They finished the check in process very fast and friendly. The hotel is silent, room is clean and large. The only part i dont like is breakfast room is in another building but its really rich and famous Hatay cuisine.

The beach is full of rubbish and also the bedrooms are not very clean and the bathroom smells of dump no ventilation in the bathrooms. There is no entertainment in the hotel and there's lots of weddings are happening in the hotel and also the food is all fried food and they make you wait for your food and there is a queue and people rushing to get their foods. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME SMD MONEY

Reviewed By Cuneyt USpent the night while travelling in the area with freinds.Hotel was situated in the centre of town so was great for bars restaurants and cafes .Also situated a few minutes from the seafront was ideal for a late night or early morning stroll.Hotel was well priced rooms were clean and the buffet breakfast included in the price was quite surprising with its content .if you want a hotel to spend a few days i would highly recommend this one.
