Somewhere over the Southern Highlands in the town of Iringa, you’ll find the Hidden Valley Backpackers. Large vintage home with a cozy old-world charm to it. There is a glorious garden and you can even help yourself to the fruit that grows on the trees! The backyard overlooks the Ipogolo mountains with some of the best hiking spots in town. Discover plenty of nature and hidden trails while also being very close to town and people.

Reviewed By luchab2022I really enjoyed my stay at the hidden pack packers Valley. The host is very very nice and helped us out when we needed it! Also he did a hike with us which was very nice to do. The hostel is very clean, breakfast was available and the place is close to town. In short its just very great! And I'd really recommend

Clean and Functional: Good 'nuf for a night
Reviewed By KmcoyleZakinn is close to town and convenient. The rooms were clean and attractive. But there were a number of challenges: - The metal frame bed in my room was charming! But also REALLY loose! It wiggled and jiggled every time I turned. I thought it was gonna collapse! - One scratchy towel. Nothing to wrap my wet hair. Uggg - Only amenity = soap. - The water pressure in my room was fine, but hot water ran out fast. My colleague had NO water pressure so had to shower in my room. The issue was met with an indifferent shrug. - The hall to the rooms was like a sound tunnel. I could hear everything going on in the hall and breakfast area while in my room. Strangly noisy! - Breakfast was cold and placing an order was painful. The guy in charge just seemed to hide when we would come and sit down. - We stayed two nights. On the final night, we were still up working at midnight. We were asked to pay our bill NOW since the guy in the morning did not speak English. HUH? - Service was fair at best. It is telling I did not learn the name of even one staff member. I usually know them ALL. Price: Given the level of service and amenities, there are better options in the same range.

Reviewed By 459taniawMy daughter and I enjoy the lodge and Emile the host is wonderful. The view is amazing! We have so much fun climbing the rocks, playing in the garden or sitting upstairs on the roofterras. The rooms are spacious and clean and the toilet aswell. Thank you Emile for taking good care of us!

We kregen een special breakfast, een mooi gedekte tafel midden in de natuur, met uitzicht op de bergen. De combinatie tussen lodge en people with special needs is mooi gecombineerd. Ideale lodge om te combineren met een trip naar Ruaha National park. Echt een plek om tot rust te komen!

We unfortunately only stayed for 1 night, but definitely going back for a few more!! The rooftop bar and its incredible views overlooking the city are absolutely breathtaking. definitely recommend this little gem to everyone who needs a hotel in Iringa!

Booking was seamless and the the Sai Villa team were great with communicating efficiently. Overall, for a town like Iringa, Sai Villa offers comfort both with its accommodation and food. Highly recommend.

Reviewed By 586boazfThis place is quite and away from the noisy town but everything is available here, a great place for retreats and family quality time. I recommend it especially for honey mooners ? perfect spot. Also there's night camp fire and if you are a hike fun like i then this is the place to be. The staff were polite and helpful and always available. Ample secured car parking and an outdoor restaurant that's just perfect not forgetting the tasty meals mmmh

Reviewed By JKeyterI have read reviews about this place. Thought to give it a go. Biggest mistake. Everything the tell you that are being able to serve you as a guest. Biggest disappointment. Don't have proper Wi-Fi at all. Don't have any decent food in restaurant. Rooms are not bad, but could do with rearrangement. Noise from outside the whole night. Other residents shouting and laughing in hall ways. Overall don't stay at this place if want a good nights rest. One point on what i will give them credit is the staff is friendly and trying their best, but that's how far it goes.
