The 1 major concern is this---I booked a room that was a loft and it was supposed to have chocolate covered strawberries and wine waiting for me. Of course, this cost a little extra, but it's what I wanted---that's why i booked it. When I arrived, they tried to give me a basic room and they laughed when i showed them the reservation that included strawberries and wine. I kinda felt foolish because i actually paid more than what I agreed to online (already a higher price) and I recieved none of the amenities that I booked (they were offered as a part of a package). I felt like i was punished and laughed at for trying to book a nice romantic package deal. Again, the hotel was nice, clean and looks just as good in person as it does in the photos online. My complaint is with how I was treated when my romantic package was not actually available.

Really bad place
Reviewed By harrygaritaRoom with strong disinfectant odor, very old rug, stained bed sheets, rough bed sheets, dirty a/c panel, a/c impossible to use because of tremendously loud sound, dirty elevator walls and floor. I will never go back to this place!

Reviewed By nelsondaniel2405i have been a guest several times on this hotel and my last stay was an bad experience, TV and internet didn't work during my stay. I asked to the lobby area and didnt give me feedback about it. so, i think if they have any issue it doesnt matter day (weekend or middle of the week) they should solve the issue

Reviewed By chazdewsI have spent time now twice in Hotel & Suites K´sa in Irapuato. The first time was in their economy section on the 4th floor of the building. I did not much like the arrangement of the suite. The sink was in the living room and the fan did not work. The second stay I decided to upgrade to their standard rooms on the 3rd floor and what a difference an elevator stop makes! The room was immaculate, tasteful, well arranged with lots of nice touches that really do make one feel, well, if not at home, at least very comfortable. Most of all, the front desk staff make one feel welcome. They remembered me from my first trip which had been a month earlier. They attended to my every need with grace and speed and genuine smiles. The hotel is now offering a reduced rate on their standard rooms so that this second stay was as inexpensive as the first one on the economy floor. And I had not even asked for the reduced rate. The location of the hotel makes it an easy walk from the Centro of Irapuato with its lovely old churches and wide plazas and markets. All in all, a wonderful place to stay. It took me a while to realize that "K´sa" means "casa," the Spanish word for home. I can´t wait to try the junior suites next time.

Friendly and convenient
Reviewed By Marty JWe stayed here during our eyeglass mission with the Lions. We stayed on the new 3rd floor and everything (except for the concrete hard beds) was superb. Food was great in the restaurant and the staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't speak English but our Spanish was sufficient.

Reviewed By danieldelaparraAunque llegamos con una reserva grupal, el servicio no desmereció en lo absoluto, En especial en front desk y en area de estacionamiento un esmerado servicio. El personal de limpieza esta muy atento a dejar impecables las habitaciones. El desayuo incluye un pequeño bufete, que esta muy completo, el cafe muy bueno. Solo el acceso al estacionamiento esta un poco incomodo por el hecho de que comparte el acceso con unos locales comerciales, pero incluso ahi el hotel tiene designado a alguien que ayuda con esa tarea. Las habitaciones muy comodas, la verdad pegue oreja y no desperte hasta la mañana siguiente.
