Reviewed By FABIO457It is a clean, very modern, comfortable hotel in a nice area of town. The room are OK and reasonable rates. Nice buffet breakfast. Fitness room small but clean and ok for travelers. Self Car Park with easy acesses. The Wi Fi was not working at all.

Parking is guaranteed by recent aquisition of neighbor area, but no swimming pool or gym. Breakfast is just OK with basics and fruits. Things would be easier if staf speaks English. Try the arabic restaurant a few steps away. Pezão bar is another must in the city, 05 mins drive.

Overrated! To expensive for what it was!
Reviewed By Derek RI booked this property purely based on its rating of 8.1, however, my reality was quite disappointing. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was okay. Large variety to choose from, and average quality. That's where the good experience ends. All problems were maintenance related. I am not very picky, I think, but when the unpleasantries keep coming, I tend to show it all, so I let the picture speak for themselves. My complaint list at the grade of severity: Stained towels and hole in the bed sheets. Worn down and noisy mattress. With closed (perforated) curtains, street light directly into the face (most likely just me room, because of location). Cold showers, because maintenance chose to shut the main water valves, as the shower knob leaked running water. Unprofessionally installed TV system. The cheapest toilet seat that was loose and towel supports that were about to fall out the wall. And least, lack of cleanliness. I have short blond hair, so I definitely know this is not my hair on the floor and in the sink. Couldn't access WIFI. On more observation for business travels in suits and shiny shoes, don't park in their cover parking place, as you will end up with moody feet. Concluding, the rating was misleading for me and I won't be back.

Reviewed By Vanessa dFizemos uma reserva pois tínhamos um evento na cidade, ao chegar no hotel faltando 2 horas pro evento, demos de cara com um recado falando que estava fechado pra manutenção, ate ai tudo bem, qualquer um esta sujeito a problemas, mas não fomos informados antes e o sujeito que nos atendeu foi muito grosso. Levando em consideração que a reserva foi feita com quase uma semana de antecedência, era o mínimo que poderiam ter feito ao invés de bater a porta na nossa cara. Estávamos com uma criança de um ano no carro e a nossa sorte foi não ter fechado o hotel diretamente com o pessoal do hotel, pois com o atendimento que recebemos, com certeza estaríamos na mão.

Reviewed By eatbreadbut not so much if you are on business. Really nice pool to enjoy. Rooms are dated but clean. Lots of hallway noise, especially from children. Rooms facing the front get a lot of traffic noise. Hard to get a good night's sleep. No iron or ironing board. Makes it difficult is you are here for work or event.
