Built in 2018 Complex featuring 13 studios and 2 apartments situated 400 meters from the center of Hokitika. Each room has a well-equipped kitchenette with fridge dishwasher and stovetop. Air conditioning in each unit and beautiful native NZ timber desks in the studios. Superb local photographs by Stuart Nimmo in each unit. New super king beds the best available. Studios 28 square meters apartments over 60 meters square. Mountain views from upstairs rooms. The best showers and bathrooms on the Coast with gas heated water for instant heat and superb Italian tiled bathrooms. We are family owned a local family who have lived on the site since the 1860's. We have the best local knowledge and facilities in town. Adjacent to the beach in a quiet location. 4 Cottages with full kitchens sleep 4. Large group/family units sleep 5 or 6. These units have a full kitchen and open out into an enclosed garden area with childrens playground and BBQ facing west its lovely to relax here at the end of a day. We also have 4 studio units nice and spacious perfect for travelling couples with a separate kitchenette with double hot plate microwave and fridge. Our campervan park is compact and only holds 11 caravans or campervans we have a kitchen, laundry and wheelchair access bathroom. Also in the campervan park are 3 basic cabins suitable for backpackers or people on a budget. Our outdoor swimming pool is seasonal but sheltered and we are a short walk to the beach and glow worm dell. WE HAVE NO TENT SITES.

We offer 4 rooms in our B&B.Two have queen sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, 1 has queen bed and another has two king single beds-these two rooms share a bathroom. There is also a guest lounge area with sky TV and blue-ray player. We provide a cooked or continental breakfast. We also offer two 2 bedroom self contained cottages which both sleep four people. They have a kitchen, laundry facilities and bathroom with shower. Beautifully decorated and everything you need is provided. Have time to yourself and enjoy the comfort All properties are a five minute walk from the town centre and the sea front. Enjoy the tourist shops and the local restaurants. Sit on the beach and watch the sun setting, visit local lakes Kaniere or Mahinapua, Hokitika Gorge or do day trips to the Glaciers or Punakiki Pancake Rocks.
