Reviewed By AshAshAsh2022Everything was nice, just I wish parking was free. The location was close to highway but I didn't see any problem. Breakfast was ok, just sausage, egg, (omelet on weekend!), waffle, yogurt and apple with apple and orange juice. Coffee was always served.

Reviewed By 838mbanksThe front desk was awesome. They were always helpful. We stayed at a lot of embassy’s and this is the worse one we have ever stayed at. Dirty rooms, don’t breathe, the air filters had so much dust on them. I ordered room service, but couldn’t eat the food. Terrible $16 appetizer! Pillows and mattress need to be updated. This is the first time I have been uncomfortable at a Hilton. Reception was awful. Chips, fresh fruit or trail mix. Seriously! So disappointed.

Newer hotel which is always nice
Reviewed By Carpediem808Wasn't full to capacity which meant a better selection of requested room type (we like top floor and not by elevator, and received that). Really like the area away from the city centre, more business/industrial here, but still some amenities close by like a Whole foods just a few km away. Starbucks not far for a quick breakfast. Good location, easy to hop on the highway. Only 20 min to downtown. Seems like staffing issues like all service industries these days. But room was good, quiet area, decent bed (comfort). Usual small microwave/fridge. I booked via priceline to get a bit better price and used their 'price breakers' where they give you one of 3 hotels for same price. I was hoping for the other two only because they were suites and had kitchens, but got this one so at first I was a bit disappointed but overall happy as it was newer, modern and cleaner. Restaurant closed down, no breakfast. Pleased with it overall.

My 4th floor room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was a nice size for drinks. It was quiet...no traffic noise or noise from the rooms on either side of me.. Hallways, elevators and common areas were clean. Front desk personnel were helpful. I would stay at this location again.

Probably recent construction, so disappointing that there was not more noise suppression - could hear sounds from other rooms and hallway. Nice walking path fairly nearby, other than that, need car for amenities. Would stay here again.

Reviewed By Martrese BI've always liked staying at Aloft Hotels, this was my first time at Hillsboro-Beaverton. Excellent room rate, quiet location, very comfortable bed, my dog appreciated the water bowl and biscuits at the front door, and I LOVED the park across the street!!! It has beautiful water features with ducks, a 0.75-mile paved walking trail, and lovely landscaping. Only minuses: I hate using plastic cups - I much prefer glasses at the sink. And for a dog-friendly hotel, a trash can near the entrance for poop bag disposal would be helpful.

Good stay in spacious room
Reviewed By Schoon01I stayed for more than 4 weeks in this hotel during a business trip. The room I had was very spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen. It was also very dark at night and most of the time also very quiet. The hotel can be reached easily from the highway and is close to shops and to my work. The hotel offered free snacks every Monday-Wednesday House keeping was not very good at start. During first part of my stay my room was sometimes not properly serviced and bed-sheets were not changed and several times I had to ask for cleaning as they seem to have forgotten it. This however improved later during my stay. The staff was friendly but sometimes difficult to get in touch with as they were not always present at the front desk. Also not all requests were followed up as for example my request to fix the room-safe. The safe was never fixed. In all I enjoyed my stay and might come back if I am again in the area.

With that being said, I can say that this was our BEST experience with a hotel. The customer service provided by both the front desk gals, Catherine and Chelcie was by far exceeding excellence. They were welcoming, kind, patient and very professional. I felt this hotel was a little spendy however after our stay, it was well worth the cost. We will for sure be back and hope that their management is able to see this review and appreciate their staff. Rooms were clean, spacious and very nice.
